How to convince my thighs to show up for tomorrow's workout 😂. I am a no squats person but finished 22 minutes. Will come back to it some other time. Tomorrow will chose one of your Tabata ones. Thanks. Keep them coming
Wow! I’ve been sick the last 3 days so have done nothing & I did this first thing coming back 😅 I haven’t done skaters in a hot minute, but the fact these were slower/more controlled than a “normal” skater was almost more difficult! Also, PS: trying to do squats & lunges is much harder with a toddler trying to dive between your legs 😂 that is all. Amazing high intensity workout!
OMG what an ass kicker! I already consumed about 50oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... I am so sweaty... I had to take a break between every round or my legs would of fallen of.. According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 506 calories... Today's green smoothie is power greens spinach green cabbage pineapple banana flax & chia seeds plus some avocado because I didn't have many seeds and blended with water... This is it for me I need a few things from store like chia and flax haha... I am listening to my wind chimes out of my window and it's so relaxing... See You All Mañana For Another Fiesta 🎉
