Steel mags for sure, feels weird running Larue mags on a KAC- like running Mercedes logo wheels on a BMW- but I like em best and they're actually available
@@GucciGearQandA yeah it does look a little off but like you said, you can actually find them and most of my KAC mags are 2 decades old, one day they'll stop working so I'm grateful for new production
@@colkilgore9973 ah yeah I forgot about those, they come with the PSA guns. Heard mixed things on them will give it a try. Do you need to permanently make them 5 or is it fine if the mag is temporarily modified? Magpul sells 5 round blockers for the 10rd mag you can also use.
@@colkilgore9973 yeah Lancers LWM7 is the model I think but online reading has a few examples of the bolt not locking back. Really hard to gauge without trying it, some folks also have issues with LaRue mags.

I use Dura 20’s in my LMT MWS as well as PMags I do want to pick up a KAC or even a Larue mag to try out
I need to grab a few Duramags, you're the second guy to bring them up

The Duramags are true 5 rounders. Some game wardens insist on that. Pretty hard to find.
