Did this today, great workout! I aimed for 20 rpm and it absolutely DESTROYED my forearms. Cardio wasn't an issue for me but obviously my strength/grip endurance is weak. Thanks for posting these
Nice one Chris! Glad you enjoyed it. I find the first round of halo doing just enough damage to make every next round super tough on the forearms! Let me know if I can improve the videos for you somehow. Thanks! Peter
Really great workout, I had to switch between 8kg and 17kg bags for a few of the exercises. Found with heavier bag it would smash into the back of my head otherwise.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! Yes, 17kg can be pretty heavy for some of the moves like snatch, so need to make sure you have good technique with lighter bags. It should not really hit you on the back of the head - it's more of a rollover, than a drop.
Thank you Emin. Our gym is primarily a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy, so we have nice grappling mats all over. If you need to cover a small space use jigsaw mats
20 is definitely on the heavy side when it comes to Bulgarian Bags. I recommend getting a lighter bag like 12kg (in this video). But anything in the rage 10-14 kg will be good. 20 will then be a good supplement for strength training. We have a couple of workouts for heavy bags on this channel.

Oh that's how you use the Bulgarian Bag... That's a gruesome conditioning circuit. I gotta give that a go with my junkyard version of the bag.
@@emissary_kyle give it a go, and if it’s not manageable right away, try a less intense one , there is a bunch of them! Hope you enjoy 🙌
Could you please tell me the name of this exercise?(like bulgarianbag swing)
Awesome
Could you make a Video especially for Wrestling/MMA with the bag?
I'm sure we can do something! 😃
Now this is crazy😅
What kind of mats are those?
Can you tell me which mat you use for the ground ? I need a pad to get on in my workout. By the way you do Great work, thank you👍🏽

This one is a Medium 12Kg bag

Another brutal workout went 12kg to 17KG grip needs developing but nearly killed me 👍

Каков ваш вес на видео?
What weight is that bag? I have a 20kg one but some of these exercises are too hard with this weight?

Just did it with 12kgx20reps. My age 47 and 105kg weight. Extraordinary, thanks
As I see the guy, the result is not so good
