I made these over the weekend using this recipe. The only thing I did differently was candy my pecans with brown sugar and a smidge of butter, making a praline type coating.... they were a huge hit. Thank you soooo much for sharing! I really love your videos!!

Amanda Lewis if you follow all the steps in this video you should let your Apple sit and once they are ready you should bag them just a few minutes after dipping all of the apples that you are preparing then bad then put in the refrigerator but if you follow the cleaning method your caramel should not be sliding off your Apple you must let the caramel settle on the Apple after you have add your nuts or whatever you're going to embellished on your apples let them sit before bagging then bag and you can place it in the refrigerator or you can leave it out on your counter until your customer or family member picks up the order

Hello, so I tried this recipe and it tasted PHENOMENAL. However, the caramel remains sticky. It never gets hard. Is it something I'm doing wrong?

Jaenisch Craft I found that my issue was I was cooking it in the microwave. I Cooked on the stove and followed Ro’s instructing down to the T and they came out just right
I cooked mine on the stove and dipped but it took along time to harden.. do I have to cook it to a certain temperature. But I followed every step Ro showed.. Help me
