The most advanced features Yamaha offers on this keyboard was already developed and offered by Korg long, but long time ago, example: Touch Screen, Layered Sound, Ensemble function, Custom Playlist, Advanced file recording/ creation, just to name a few. I wonder why Yamaha took a long time to have a touchscreen on its arranger keyboards. Even Korg PA 300 has touchscreen. It was about time Yamaha to keep up with korg in certain aspects. Needless to say it can't wait to buy one!
Will your statement is not 100 % accurate. I agree partially . I admit some yamaha sounds are realistic and ready to play. On the other hand Korg offers way more advanced features and you can modify the sounds to make it sound even more realistic than Yamaha and same thing with styles. But it takes more effort to do that and most people don’t even know about those features or simply don’t have time to do it. Yamaha is ready out of the box and you have limited choices. Yamaha is like a Macburger 🍔 that comes ready in a box but the meat is subpar and only has one type of seasoning and Korg is like a prime meat 🥩 that is raw but you can add any seasoning of your preference and once you marinate and cook it you’ll have a much but much better meal , it just takes some time and effort

Good mix of information and playing- makes my 770 sound like I need to upgrade. 👍😁🇦🇺🦘
Hey u still got a 770 ? Yessaaah. 🤣 Me too. I finally laid my hands on a korg(in a music store) n now im conflicted. 😶
@@GJAkuo Hi, recently upgraded to a PSR SX900, what a difference.
Sir please make comparison video s975 vs sx900
And VS Korg Pa1000
Yes please
Excellent demo! Very inspiring.
Psr sx900 vs modx, compare Voice quality which one is better? Just sound quality ( no feature).
Pls opinion
Yes please
Modx is a synthesizer so it is a very different machine, for example it doesn’t has auto accompaniment styles
MODX hands down. It's main focus is sounds and it does well for a great price.
Hey Tony thanx for the demo. I just upgraded from tyro3 to the sx900. Is there a way to copy my labored over sounds from the tyros over to the sx900?…if so how?
How do you think this compares to the korg pa 700 + series ?
Its >>>>>>>> Pa700. Albeit the 700 is more like a computer than a keyboard. Sx900 slaps the pa700, but i feel like its more comparable to the pa1000. (Literally just tried all 3 yesterday).
@@GJAkuo what would you recommend korg 1000 or sx900
@@robbenvanpersie1562 Honestly bro, Sx900 is finally a worthy competitor to the pa1000. Which has been out for 4 years now.
Having tried all 3 of them in the same day, Id tell u this “for simple user friendly interface, sx900, for complex ecosystem, n better inovative features, go with pa1000”. Sound department, they r literally 50/50. U cant really comparw sounds thru the speaker of ur phone bro.
What a beast
Un excellent clavier rapport qualité/prix, et si l'on importe dans la mémoire interne (de nouvelles sonorités et drums kits) on peut programmer de nouveaux styles très Pro. Une très bonne continuation musicale et vive la musique.
🎹 Theret jluc.
Great video!!!
Great Tony, you're now going to be in CMK!! I might now be able to get across :). I miss the old Chappell's in the main shopping centre, I used to 'live' in back in the '00's .... BR
How much cost in australian dollars thanks. How compared with yam ck 61 tho ck has no rythems
hola podría decirme que canción es la que toca a partir del minuto 5:30 gracias
Hi I've recently purchased this keyboard from bonners how do I get the free sounds ?
Please make korg pa 700 vs yamaha psr x 900
I have a question. I have a PSR-SX900 but I can't find the three synth sounds that are demonstrated. Together they are good for the song Thriller.
What is the name of these sounds?
Verry cool demonstration! Thank you!
Will Tyros 4 styles and Tyros 5 styles work on the Yamaha SX900?
What's the ROM size? the voices sample size? is it different from the SX700?
Yes. A lot.
Good demonstration sir
I am disappointed in Bonner's Music because while I did not buy my PSR 900 from Bonner's I offered to pay for Tony's settings by email and no one even took a moment to respond to me. Very unhappy about that!
Genos how much cost compared to psr 900 and does both have battery operated and sing with harmony vocals thanks. Link fir this drmo thanks bro.
I just wish Yamaha would release some more of 900 and 700 Yamaha SX series soon. 6 months is a long time to wait after they have been out for 3 years .
