I don't know if you'll see this comment but I want to say thank you. I don't think I'm going through as much as you are but I found so much comfort watching your video. I was about to clean my kitchen and help distract my anxiety and found your video to help me after learning about body doubling. Now my clean kitchen has made me feel so much better. I know I'm rambling but I just want you to know I have subscribed and I am thankful your channel exists!

Awesome I like this type of videos with a normal home clean up. My favorite thing to clean is the kitchen and least is the restroom but only because it’s an egg 🥚 it’s so tiny I feel trapped in there lol 😅

Also we loved hearing Dolphin shoals when cleaning in the kitchen. My kiddo (Kaz) played that on his sax. it's one of my favorite songs now. Anyway great selection of music. We enjoyed it. Shell and Kaz.

I once saw a video where they cut off the end parts of the broom (The light grey once that look like broken hair) since it is a manifacture-thing that needs to be cut off in Order for the broom to stay clean. I tried it with mine and it is alot more easier to clean the floor (and the broom isn't as disgusting anymore). Maybe it can help you? It bothered me quiet back then
