I train my clients in my personal in home gym studio. Fortunately my clients haven't complained but I do want to grow so this is my starting point. Thanks for the ideas!

It works very well as a starting point! I’m glad that it’s working well for you and I’m sure expansion in the future should go smoothly!

Been working in the commercial gym since 2018. As a NASM CPT and a Physical Therapy Graduate, I think I’m ready to open my own personal training studio. Thank you for the idea!

I am in a unique position with my home studio. I moved all my equipment from my commercial gym in US to another country when I moved. The legal issues are non-existent where I am now and neither are neighbours or parking as on very large property in exclusive area. This also means I have unlimited outdoor training options. With a large house the gym is on the guest wing side.

Wow! You are not just great, but an inspiration in hard times. I have been working in primary school as a PE teacher(Slovenija, Europa) for 12 years and now I am studying for my personal trainer licence. I am buying a house in cca. one year and I will build a studio next to it. I have a very important question. How big should it be? Is 50m2 enough? Thank you for your much appriciated answer.
    Keep on the good work.

Thank you for the kind words! It really does mean a lot! I would say if you’re looking to do one-on-one training that will be plenty of space!
You could probably even train two clients at a time with that amount.

I just moved for a new town and i am starting to build some clientele bringing the clients to a big gym that charge me a "rent". I don't have money to open my own Studio, but I'm considering getting a Loan. Which one you think is better? Keep trying to grow renting that gym or should I take the risk to open my own space?

I’d stick to the gym location for as long as you can. Once you’ve outgrown that (might take a year or two) get your own space. It’s usually going to the the financially smart thing to do.
