Cook the onions until a light golden. Add the spices and stir. Now, add the diced tomato and stir for a minute. Now add the eggs, green chillies and stir your guts out. Cook those damn eggs until they are NOT runny. Finally, turn off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy.

@@skypefan100 bro it's Kashmiri chilli powder with a Capscacine content even lower than Capsicum. Its mainly used as a colouring not for taste enhancement. The amount he put in was equivalent to 1 or 2 green chillies at max.
The Chilli which he added in the video is known as *KASHMIRI CHILLI* which is very less spicy and is therefore mainly used to provide the colour to the food, so don't worry it won't taste so spicy :)

Everyone has their own way of cooking, and if he added so much powder he must be having a good reason for it or it must be his own way of cooking scrambled eggs.

@@skypefan100 bro it's Kashmiri chilli powder with a Capscacine content even lower than Capsicum. Its mainly used as a colouring not for taste enhancement. The amount he put in was equivalent to 1 or 2 green chillies at max.

The Chilli which he added in the video is known as *KASHMIRI CHILLI* which is very less spicy and is therefore mainly used to provide the colour to the food, so don't worry it won't taste so spicy :)
