I have a question, why if i customise the current health of a mini ( in my case a costumed skeleton) it changes the health of every mini Linked at the same character sheet? If i missed something glad to know
Is Shift+Z a paid feature? As it doesn't work for me. Well it works on my GM screen, and players can make their characters pop out for themselves, but they don't see any pop outs I try and show them. I've had to resort to creating a side of the map that is hidden to store pictures in and then dragging them on to the players area for them to see. That works, but it would be easier if this feature worked as shown. I've probably missed a step along the way. I've watched (09 - Learning Roll20 - Using Visual Aids) that part of the video again and, nope it still doesn't work for the players they see nothing pop out at all, even though I see it on my screen. I've tried it with Chrome and Firefox neither work.
Just tested it with my free accounts. Free GM in a free campaign (the free LMoP they were briefly giving away) and I was able to shift Z to players. Not sure why it is not working for your players. Shift+Z is less a pop out and more a takes over your screen for a second. any mouse click input from your players will close it. It can also not work or be delayed by slow connectivity.

Because you linked the HP back to the sheet. For run of the mill NPCs that you need many copies of, you need to leave the HP unlinked.
