I'm arriving on a Wednesday so hopefully even if I am not able to book club Mobay immigration won't be so bad. GREAT VIDEOOOOO!
We have used both arrival & departure, Club MoBay in Montego Bay. J-Hen is spot on. The arrival is well worth it. Saved us at least 2 hours. we got to by-pass all the lines. Food & drinks are good, Outstanding RUM Punch... The MoBay Departure Lounge is even nicer, I don't mind getting to the airport a little early just to enjoy the lounge, It kind of tops off a great vacation. Well Worth it.
The sooner the better as it gets closer to your travel dates. Sometimes they sell out. You should be good booking by February or as soon as you have your flight information.
Great information. How do you find a good quiet hotel geared to an older crowd to continue the relaxed atmosphere for the rest of the trip? We're not interested in noisy crowded all inclusive resorts in Montego Bay. Just comfortable quiet, friendly, clean places near amenities among Jamaicans. If I want to only be with Americans I'll go to Florida! 😉😃🤠
1:32 in your video is not true about the airport not having Air Conditioning. The entire facility is Air Conditioned. You travelled through the airport and you didn't feel it?
The side when you first enter was hot. It was hot and very humid outside that day. You only had fans blowing as you stand in line. Even once we got to immigration before we got our bags it was hot with just fans blowing.
Something went wrong that day it seem however that doesn't mean it doesn't have it. Could have just been broken.in all my years travelling via MBJ the Air conditioned sometimes is freezing from disembarkation to arrivals hall.

I think the Club Mobay is AC privately and the rest of the Airport is a big standard fan all over, you in tha islands bruh, that heatwave going to smack you like you in tha Arizona desert lol
The rest of the airport facility is state of the art like any other airport in the world. Maybe you weren't feeling well that day why you were that hot as you said.

It’s NOT worth it guys! On the way in It was cool but we could have gotten through ourselves but returning home it was Trash! We had to go through Bag drop, security like everyone else and we almost missed our flight. We kept asking do we nit get Mobay service they said yes after you get through security😩🤬So basically once you get through you can use the Mobay lounge which we didn’t cause we barely Made our flight. $150 wasted.
I think it's best for arrivals unless you arrive very early for a departure flight. I think I stated that in the video. But it took us a long time to get our tickets and check bags for our departure. When we got to express security line after check in at Club Mobay the line was long for those without it, but I could see it could be helpful if TSA line was busy. I think arrivals is best. 👍👍

For departure, you are not escorted through, but you have fast track access to immigration and security, just as passengers who are flying first class; After which you go straight to Club MoBay's departure lounge. Prior to the pandemic years, I traveled to Montego Bay up to 3 times some years. I always used first class or business class. Part of the reason was that some airlines use to offer free access to Club MoBay when you fly business class or first class. I am not sure if they still do that.
Believe it or not, it would have cost you less had you purchased your Club MoBay pass for entry only, and when you are ready to depart you purchase the pass for departure at the airport. The departure pass done that way cost only $30 U.S.

Yes. They should be able to still have someone assist. My mom uses a wheel chair at airport at times.

They didn't stamp them at all there. In June of 2021 I didn't do fast track for arrival and they didn't stamp our Passports.
