Yes same question 😅........even I made same project.....but it's not working as current is not passing through insulated wires........

Can we use bc547 transistor
BC547 did not work for me. however the Transistor 2N2222 worked ;)
but you can use both or any NPN transistor

Sure, We've used two non-insulated wires that are connected with the transistor. when we touch the wires, actually we completed the circuit by our skin as result on completing the circuit, little amount of current passes through the wire that triggers the transistor to switched ON the buzzer.

take any metal wire and remove it's insulation cover
