Introducing Jared Poe, the General Manager of Sweetens Cove Spirits. Jared reached out to Brindiamo Group to source the exceptional liquid that goes into Sweetens Cove's award-winning bourbon mashbills.
Jared, involved in Sweetens Cove since its inception, combined his operational expertise with notable investors, including NFL Hall of Famer Peyton Manning and tennis champ Andy Roddick. They enlisted the expertise of Master Blender Marianne Eaves, celebrated as Kentucky's first female master distiller since Prohibition, to craft their unique mashbills. And when it came time to secure the precise liquid required to meet their exacting standards, Jared knew exactly where to turn. His first call was to Brindiamo Group Founder Jeff Hopmayer.
Since its remarkable debut during COVID in 2020, Sweetens Cove has unveiled a range of releases, including their core products: Sweetens Cove Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Sweetens Cove Kentucky Straight Tennessee Bourbon. They've also introduced a series of limited-time offerings, all meticulously blended by Marianne.
