Wow ! You have found another, fine looking , well maintained and inviting State Park to show us ! It was very nice. I liked the flat graveled campsites they were nice in size and privacy. And the boardwalk to the beach area was a nice stroll down to the river area also. Great find Lou and Melody ! It's goin' down on my "Campground's to stay at" Bucket List, for sure! Thanks, Vicky

I live just an hour from BRSP, and stayed at site #18 this summer. I also noted the site behind me (#29) would be the best site next time I came out, which you also said so yourself! Going back for Christmas camping in December, and reserved site #29. :)

Reservations are recommended at this campground. Not much French spoken here. Some RV resorts in Florida cater to French speaking Canadians.
You asked if we can believe these sites are just $22 a night. ... . .. the answer is 'no', I can't believe it. What a great place! I'm all about free camping, but this place makes you think and do the math!

I believe so. There are local rafting companies in the area and you could inquire where they put-in and take out. Lou
