Just bought the Rogue 6L Sling. It's fantastic. Got a Osmo Pocket 3,Action 4 and a HoverAirX1 in there.DJI Mic 2, Plus all batteries, battery bank, usb cables etc. My one and only con and it's a tiny con..I would have liked one extra divider to use inside. But I have dealt with numerous companies and for me WANDRD are head and shoulders above anybody else. Their communication is 10/10. I was even gifted a $50 voucher for giving feedback. Very happy with my purchase.👍
Just remembered about this brand when I'm torned between PD sling with this. Don't fancy this look with the massive logo tho, and the laptop compartment has to be purchased separately. But I do love the looks of integrating that in it. In terms of comfort, is Wandrd definitely topping over PD? Because I do think this might be the determining factor for me as I'm afraid of the comfort from the PD's. Planning to get either one as my EDC work sling which also can store camera gear for non-work days
I have a bag from Argentina (somosdinamo) that makes cycling bags, and their camera sling has that similar back mesh which is excellent for my all day bike outings or bike packing trips. Fell off the bike a couple of times and the camera was intact (oly em-1 and heavy lens), cannot say the same for my body or pride 😀 I have been really tempted to get this sling for a while, since I have the All New Prvke 31l (which I use for one bagging). I am a sucker for consistency, if only they had it in that blue the prvke comes in!
Man when you need a sling thats fits a camera and can be used while cycling there aren't to many options around. The wandrd looks quite good for my needs
Ready to push the button on a 6L version of this great looking bag.....but - the shoulder padding seems not to sit on your shoulder fully...more of it is on your chest which to me doesn't look right and gives the impression that it would be uncomfortable to have the thin nylon part on the shoulder instead of the padding. Is this a design fault or can it be adjusted to fit better. I was waiting for you to cover this in the "outside" part but you didn't touch on it. If this bag does not have the padded shoulder part sitting on the shoulder then it is a deal breaker for me
Hey Aaron, I just got my DJI Mini 3 Pro drone with the RDC controller and 2 extra batteries. I've been researching for a while and I'm down to Wandrd rogue 3L, PK everyday 3L, Instinct Tech & Trek Sling, Heimplanet line pocket XL, PGYtech onego 3L and Moment fanny sling 2L. I use the drone mostly for hiking and trekking, therefore water resistance and durability are must have aspects in my future sling. I do not like bullky ones, so I dont want to go over 5L capacity. Out of these, which one do you recommend the most? Or maybe even another option.
Yo dude! I have never used a drone before so I can’t comment if these can fit your DJI, plus I’ve only reviewed two of your options. Having said that, I think Peak Design Sling would be the way to go (assuming it fits). Plenty of protection and comfort
My gear doesn’t fit in there but I’m looking for a photo bag and I would say this feels to me more like an “expedition” sling for hiking photographers (landscapes, wildlife etc) than an urban/city sling. The bulk and functionality would go hand in hand with a hiking backpack over a bulky jacket and possibly even useable too with gloves on. Just my 2 cents.
Every black bag Wdrd make they give it a black inner lining. Jeez. For anyone 50 plus and their peepers ain't what they were, this is a big NEGATIVE. Real shame because they do make some nice gear. If anyone in the UK wants to get their Wdrd Duo, let me know. I have one that is barely used.
@@Nomads.Nation Normally I would, but this case I got it from a local store that ordered both the 6L and 9L for me to get hands on and choose the right size
@@Nomads.Nation I ended up getting the 9L variant: A while ago I asked you if you happened to know of a sling bag that would fit some camera stuff and the Samsung 12.4" tablet - and it turns out that the Rogue 9L does just that! Without using the expanding laptop thingy, the tablet fits in the back compartment as if they were made for each other AND the sling also fits inside my PeakDesign 45L Travel bag, takes up about as much space as a camera cube - based on these alone its already a winner for my use case :D

Terrible photography sling IMHO with the black interior, esp. when most camera gear is black, and you’re often accessing the bag in low light situations…
Thanks for your feedback! WANDRD describes this product as… “The ROGUE 6L Sling is a beautiful and innovative camera-slash-everyday bag built for those who want their cake and want to eat it too.” So as a non-photographer I focused on the everyday-bag part of it 💪🏻

As a Fanny, it’s def more comfortable. As a sling, probably, but less so
Perfect review. I stare at the bag. I was torn between getting a 3L and trying the 6L. In the end I choose 3L!!!
So glad the review was able to help!
For amateurs, I think 3L is enough to meet my needs. very easy to carry on! I can carry this every day, haha
@@Cccc7cyccc even for pros! It just depends on how much gear you carry :)

They have it in all the colors now

it's adjustable, but having said that every body type is different so it might not fit everyone perfect

Hi there! Which canon camera was that you used to put in the bag? Trying to see if my camera will fit as well.

I love ammo reserve 😄😄😄 I love your work man 👍👍
Thanks Andrew!!
I was close to getting this- but it’s so bulky even empty.
it really is, I could only recommend for photographers tbh
Hi. Will this fits ipad pro 11’ ?
Don’t have one so can’t say, be sure to ask WANDRD customer support and let us know what they say 🙏🏽
My strap came undone and I’m lost anyway you can help me fix it possible ?
Sounds like a great question for WANDRD customer support 💪🏻
You can probably fit rolls of film inside those external lash points.
good call!
Hello, would like to know if the Asus ROG ally fits in this bag? A
not sure what that is - be sure to reach out to WANDRD Customer Support and let us know what they say!
Hi, Nikon D3300 fits inside?
great question for WANDRD customer support - please let us know what they say!
Is it possible to fit an IPad Mini and a small camera such as Fuji X100V?
I don’t own those things so I can’t say - I definitely recommend reaching out to WANDRD and plz let us know what they say 🙏🏽
Im in the camp that it doesn’t look very subtle. I’ll stick to my wandrd D1 sling.
Agree lol
Have you all looked into the slings from hexbrand? The ranger mini is my edc camera bag!!
I have! They look great, hopefully we'll get to review them soon

Love the Duo, underrated bag
Also black on black gets me stopped at TSA because they can’t see inside of it. Its annoying.

Why does Sling Bag don't have section for a Sling Shot.? Answer on next review. Cowabunga AR.!
Will do! 🤠
will the 3l fit an a7s iii?

Can we get a Mous backpack review?
Hopefully coming soon!
I thought those things on the strap were shotgun shell holders 😊
Could be lol
That huge branding is why I am hesitant on buying the 6l sling. It really cheapens the whole look of the bag
Agreed

that "unique" back panel is what is stoping me from buying it. Remove that, and I'm in.
