Yes, back then, but after I used Shimoda i never obsessed with other camera backpack. I obsessed with camera sling bag now 😅, but I'm gonna stick with my wandrd roam 9L for now.
You guys should give other Photographers/Cinematographers Helicopter rides! I think that would be a cool Promotion for both sides and give those other people a really cool experience!
Hey guys, I just want to thank you. Right now my liffe is kind monotonous (but this is not a problem, everyone has some monotonousity in its life I guess), the fact is that right now I don't feel like I have the "right people" to surrounding myself with, those with who I shared the same passion or interests, and I'm really the kind of person who believes that everyone of us is the avarage off the 5 people he/she spend more time with; and just now I realise that watching your video every day or listening your posdcast while I'm doing my staff makes me feel as I am surrounded by the "right people" for me. You are keeping me company and teaching staff I love to know more about. You are also a wonderful couple and a really funny and enjoyable people. So I just wants to say thank you for doing content and shering it whit all off us. ☺
Awesome you found a sling bag that fits your needs! Getting something that works is a real crap shoot, but sometimes things really work out. Great video.
The thing with bags is, that you never really know if one is perfect unless you use it for some time, thats my experience. So for me, there is just no way around trying different options every now an then, but money is the limiting factor. I have one to hang over my shoulder and a backpack, sadly I can almost never use the first one. Even with just my camera and a small lens in it, it's just to heavy and on the field it's just pain 🤠But I love smaller bags just to store the camera and when I'm on a location and running around all the time. So I think it's perfect for your use case, that's exactly what I would chose, too. And let me just say, I really enjoy packing bags for a trip, sooo ASMR and comforting!
I was never a sling user until I tried Pete’s sling. Instant convert. Keeps my mirrorless body + 24, 50, and all the accessories and filters ready for action.
Thanks again awesome creatives! I still look forward to your videos here. I sometimes listen to your podcasts because you two are great in front of the camera, and behind the camera too! Becki and Chris you guys are awesome! I restore and fix vintage Singer Sewing Machines from the 1940's, 1950's. That is why I come here to make my films improve. I am not trying to be you ... I am trying to be me. I love you guys from your channel. I think you are super-good people. Thank you. Have fun, keep safe.
Great video. Used to shop all of the time for camera gear / bags until I got sick. Makes you realize what you want vs need, and what you can live without. Stopped buying and just sticking with my PD 5L sling bag. Not as versatile as the WANDRD bag, but I’ll live with it.
I just tried this and the PD 6l and went for the PD because it doesn't stick out as far off your body, fits essentially the same gear, plus the strap just fit my body better
I’ve scoured video reviews of the 6L and no one has mentioned if the bag will Mount in anyway to a suit case handle. I regularly use this as a lens bag for when I shoot events or weddings and I normally have a carry all roller I’d strap it to and on occasion to a suitcase at airports. Even if the top handle is wide enough to do this or not
Came back to this video. With college sports almost back in session, I am looking for a good sling bag for my shoots. I have a sling but its very loose and not really structured so you can't ceep things from banging up against eachother in the back. This looks to have some sturdy walls to it so might be the move!
Just discovered you guys recently and I love your vibe! I’m also a Buffalo girl so everytime I hear a helicopter fly over I just pretend it’s you guys living your best life 😂😂 keep up the awesome content! 🤘🏻
I have 3 WANDRD bags, 1 is a sling. Love the brand and I've beaten them up pretty well. I had a zipper problem after a couple of years and they sent me a new bag right away
Love WANDRD so much. Rockin' my 41L PRVKE and love it since last year for travel and weddings. Now I'm looking at this one for some smaller stuff, is it comfortable to wear only at waist? Just considering this to use at waist and not at sling mode, so I don't know...
Time for a set "6 pin" headset cords that use "ship's power" and jacks to go with them. Alternately someone now makes a USB rechargable AA lithium battery regulated to 1.5v that is compatible with your headsets... Enjoyed the video as always.
I narrowed my camera bag search down to the wandrd, moment, and Think Tank 25i. Ended up going with the 25i for my general walking around bag. Didn’t want something that screamed camera bag.
After flying over 10,000 hours in choppers, I feel your pain. You can always wash the socks and underwear in the sink to save some weight. Wring them out in a towel to speed up drying 😎🚁
I'm switching from dedicated camera bags to lame backpacks with camera inserts. I find they are more comfortable. That said, I still enjoy well done videos! Good job.
I use the Bellroy 10L camera sling . I’m not a sling person either but I’ve fallen in love wiry this thing . Actually used it yesterday morning to record down at the beach . Love Wndrd too ! 💪🏼 Anyway . ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
This is my first time viewing one of your videos, and I must say that your content was so cool and entertaining. I have never thought about helicopter EDC, or helicopter life/travel ever before, so I also learned a few things from you. I can’t wait to see another video from you now 😊
IDK, that's still alot of load in a small 6l bag on one shoulder. Why not the Nomatic Sling? I'm still wondering why we have so many camera bags on the market. In day and age, we can not come up with the perfect camera bag. What multitool is that?
I have the Nomatic sling too and it’s great but the strap doesn’t come off and it can’t hold the water bottle and tripod at same time which is a must for our small trips. The closest thing to a perfect camera bag for me is the Nomatic PM everyday bag, just wish it had a waist strap!
What's that next big helicopter trip????? How does C-FMVU do a flyby of that awesomeness? Edit: I just had to watch a little longer... Let's fly to Quebec City. We've got a great little place inside the wall, lots of incredible phot ops.
Hey Chris, I see you ditched the old helmets and are flying with a new style which incorporates your BOSE headsets. Who manufacturers then?!have a link?
I hear you. So many bags. I just bought the LowePro ProTactic 450. Is this one the bag to rule them all? Time will tell. Originally had bought the Protactic 300 ll but it was just a smidge to small. 😉
I just have a small draw string bag/dust cover I use for my helmet. It fits inside the top of the WANDRD PRVKE as well which is handy for bringing more kit. Chris still uses his big dedicated helmet bag.
Amazing the lengths people will go to for a bathroom outing 🤣🤣🤣 btw still enjoyed the video, who doesn't love camera bags there all part of the GAS problem, just ask Chris 👍😎
Wanted to see what could fit inside this bag as a matter of photographic equipment...had informations about EDC stuff I have no care about that could fit into... Disappointed to say the least.
@@BeckiandChris I have your problem with PD stuff. Funny I just wrote a review for their V1 5ltr sling. I called it "I filled it and then it asked for more". Little things like SD card or battery slots, two with red stitching and two with black, so you can tell full from empty. I also have one of their backpacks and I had it a year before discovering a small magnetically sealed stash pocket lol.
12 camera bags… I have 12 bags dedicated for cameras from brands like PeakDesign, DoucheB, and Nomatic(PM) 🤦♂️ I obviously don’t need that many but I completely understand 😅
If I had a dime for every time my wife said "I really gotta do my peach" while I was in my imaginary helicopter, I'd have... $0.00. But in my car? $1,245,37.10
What times we live in. Watching a video about people who own a helicopter that bought another camera bag that they didn’t need. Everything is content, everything is content. Don’t forget to film it, don’t forget to film it.
I love camera bags so much! Anyone else have a bag obsession?
Yes! Thank you for making it known that it's not just me.
Yea, and my wife told me she’s not buying me any more of them 😂
Yes! ❤ So many bags. 😂
Guilty 😅
Yes, back then, but after I used Shimoda i never obsessed with other camera backpack. I obsessed with camera sling bag now 😅, but I'm gonna stick with my wandrd roam 9L for now.
I love seeing how others use camera bags. And I love that we're going to see more helicopter rides! The road to 500... let's go!!!
I got an orange one for my RF setup. I am impressed by the quality/price. It is an orange bag that you do not easily leave behind.
Hey, do you think it could hold a R5 with a RF 85mm 1.2? Thanks!
I will never say no to a camera bag video. I definitely Wandrd how good this bag would be.
OMG 🤣
Camera bags are like Handbags with one exception!
Both the ladies and the guys get to play.
You guys should give other Photographers/Cinematographers Helicopter rides! I think that would be a cool Promotion for both sides and give those other people a really cool experience!

Love bags. Each one is a like a bit of anticipatory joy as you get to think/plan/dream about the next upcoming trip.
I’m not often commenting, but really love the past few videos :) I really enjoy both the long produced series and the more shorter blog style ones 😊
Thanks so much!! Been really having fun the last few weeks with the vlogs and such!
100% agree
Nicely done, the bag is great but what I love most about you guys is how real you are. Keep sharing your story with us. Thanks so much.
Thanks Mark!

Yess that’s a great sling, I just wish the strap came off

Thanks so much! Vintage sewing machines?! That’s so cool!!
@@BeckiandChris Yes, all steel gears and no electronics. Electricity without the ground wire. A good niche for my YT apprenticeship! Lol!
Super fun watch you guys fly around! I feel like many people don't ever get to see what it's like! Hopefully he got his hours.
the "Perfect" counter. I suggest a "Here" counter too 🤣🤣
yay!! i’m here for all the random helicopter vlogs!!

You too... lol Camera bags and water bottles are my vice... 🤣
Omg Genesee County Airport (KGVQ) I live right down the road from that airpot
I use Gopro 11 Creator Edition with Volta handle, should I choose Sling Bag or Backpack DayTripper to make RUclips?
Love your videos like this. SO much of who and why!!! Great job! Keep em coming!
What is the best camera for beginner ? Or do you guys have a video about it ? Thank you
Do you feel the 6l is enough. Im debating on the 9l not sure if the 6l will be enough space.
I’ve scoured video reviews of the 6L and no one has mentioned if the bag will Mount in anyway to a suit case handle. When you get the R44 rebuilt, add in some LEMO connectors for the Bose headsets - never run out of batteries again.

You are not alone... I ordered a Wotancraft Pilot 7L 2 days ago...
Can you put the Mac Studio in that sling?
I have 3 WANDRD bags, 1 is a sling. Love the brand and I've beaten them up pretty well. I had a zipper problem after a couple of years and they sent me a new bag right away
Which Will you choose 31 l or lite theyre same prime now
Will it fit a 70-200 f4 attached to the camera?

what is that stasher bag?

Camera bags are essentials! Never enough of them.

Anyway . ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
Oh yeah Bellroy makes some really nice stuff too! Sounds like a good way to spend a morning!
I 100% have a bag obsession. Had to get both PM bags, a couple thinktank rollers, a lowepro, 2 smaller bags for film cams, etc etc 😂
Always need a good variety for different uses!
Killer video! Loved the helicopter scenes.🔥🔥🔥
Great video! My main question is which pocket knife is that? 😃
I am also some level of packing nerd, so this video is total gem for me 😍✨
I just got my Nikon Z30 and I have a big camera bag, but now I wanna get a smaller one and more lenses!
Great video, good luck on the hours Chris!

That was 7 perfects btw; you missed one. Also I felt like I was on that helicopter ride with you guys. Excellent story telling!
Anybody knows which tripod shes carrying with that bag??
I see more flights in the future. Looking forward to your cross country flight as well later this year.
Really looking forward to the big trip!
you can't fool me;) You put snow flake affects in your b-roll:)
Great Vid! When you guys go to California a good idea in my opinion would be a "HEADING: WEST" series!
Camera bag obsession is cheaper than a camera obsession at least
I have the 9L, and I love it!
I feel it!
Hey Chris, I see you ditched the old helmets and are flying with a new style which incorporates your BOSE headsets. Who manufacturers then?!have a link?
We did! The helmets are sky cowboy supply!
Thanks!
strange when everyone is buying the same bag ???? how much you make?
Yes, but can we talk about your pocket knife preferences? 😍😍
You ever thought of getting a trailer for the Falcon so you can have more space inside?
That would be handy 😂
I hear you. So many bags. I just bought the LowePro ProTactic 450. Is this one the bag to rule them all? Time will tell.
Originally had bought the Protactic 300 ll but it was just a smidge to small. 😉
Always on the hunt for the best bag for certain scenarios 😂
10 seconds in I want the bag!
Does it fit your helmet? If not what bag do you use for those?
I just have a small draw string bag/dust cover I use for my helmet. It fits inside the top of the WANDRD PRVKE as well which is handy for bringing more kit. Chris still uses his big dedicated helmet bag.
"Thanks for the pooo Genesee county" 😂
I haven't seen one of your vids in awhile, did you all BUY a helicopter and get licenses?!? :D
Ladies and gentleman, this is the reason why we're subscribed to this channel 🤩0:55
🤣🤣🤣
Very cool! What matte black knife is that?
It’s the Civivi baby banter!
That’s a cool bag looks good
Nice vlog
You’re coming to Torrance? I grew up I. The area!
Lmk if there is anything specific you’re all looking for/would like to avoid !!
No way? So cool! Thanks!
bad lighting, can't really see the inside of the bag
OMG!!! Obsessed with camera bags!!!!!! I keep buying more!!!! WHY!!!!!!!
I have 8 camera bags in my collection.
Amazing the lengths people will go to for a bathroom outing 🤣🤣🤣 btw still enjoyed the video, who doesn't love camera bags there all part of the GAS problem, just ask Chris 👍😎
Super happy to see more videos from you guys! I've been super tempted to get one of Wandrds sling bags but I already have 4 of their bags 😅
Wanted to see what could fit inside this bag as a matter of photographic equipment...had informations about EDC stuff I have no care about that could fit into...
Disappointed to say the least.
Anyone have a camera bag recommendation that’s fits under airline seats as a personal item?
Nomatic PM everyday camera bag and Wandrd PRVKE 31, I haven’t had any issues with either of those, you’d just have to choose what style is best for ya
damn... all that weight on your shoulders, just my hadley pro 2020, xpro 2 with a 35mm, and a portable charger is already a pain to bring around HAHA
Don’t let Peter see you DIDN’T buy his sling bag !!
Bahaha I have it! But the strap doesn’t come off 😭
Wow! You're rich, you have a helicopter.
Hi Befky
Everything looks black inside? Hard to find things with no contrast. Peak Design is the way to go IMO.
I haven’t tried a Peak Design bag yet but I love their tripod and straps!

Extra underwear >> anything else
That's a tasty looking dude.
Because you can only improve your bag but not your photography skills
