I realized today how far gone I was. I burnt myself with a 450 degrees C solder and was like, you know what, I want to keep going, this board will be so cool when I finish modding it.
You're soldering at 450 degrees C, isn't that like way too hot? I usually use around 350.

I went from TKL to 65% to another 65% and then back to TKL
@@ResumedPausing I've gone from 110% to 100% to 60% to tkl I prefer to daily the 100% but for travelling the tkl is a really good compromise for me

seeing the Jelly epoch SSE, makes me remember missing the GB because I forgot what time it was and I took a shower 5 minutes before the GB started, missing the GB start time.
*Protip stay at your desk at least 5 hours before a GB starts to not miss your opportunity to get one.*
I had 4 friends help me try to get it and none of us were fast enough, shit was gone in the blink of an eye

That keycap set at 1:30 honestly looks really pretty. A purple custom board with some butter-smooth linear switches is honestly a dream of mine. If I do ever get into customs, that's definitely the sort of aesthetic I'll be after.

I decided that I had my endgame board a few weeks ago. This weekend I bought a new keyset and decided that I needed a new keyboard with a knob because the keyset has an artisan knob that goes with it.

Technically the crazy mount he said could work. If you used o rings as the gaskets, like really small o rings wrapped around each gasket pop out (twice, somehow), then also have magnets in the bottom to precisely counteract the weight of the pcb, plate, switches and keys, and make sure you sauter your switches and somehow, the o rings to the plate, and then put in an arduino to set servos specific to each switch to cause small centrifugal force on the board for a unique tactile experience. Maybe. Oh, with a divergence meter on the top of the board ( I have not watched steins gate, plz don’t yell at me )
TL DR: DOUBLE GUMMY GASKET WITH MAGLEV MOUNT & FANCY FANCY METER
