Excellent presentation. Although endoscopic management would be most commonly recommended for a bleeding ulcer not so much for a perforated ulcer as the contamination from the perforation will likely require surgical(either laparoscopic or open) management. Having said that, more and more upper GI perforations in the stable patient are being managed conservatively.
