Sir correction ....hiatal hernia is when the part of stomach not the esophagus protrudes upward ....❤️🏵️

That's why I have an "EGD Test " every 6 months keep tracked of everything and that's how
we found out I had a hiatal hernia 6 months later because of being Proactive.
I had my last test 2 weeks ago and waiting on results , I am praying I don't have Barrett's or
esophageal cancer . You wouldn't believe how many people who has Acid Reflux , i'm getting to think
( I am NO EXPERT ) i feel acid Reflux is a Root cause .

Depending on the type. There is still a tiny part of the esophagus below the diaphragm before it enters the stomach.

*I am trying to avoid Barrett's and Esophageal Cancer , but how can I avoid it* ?? *I have SILENT REFLUX NO HEART BURN.
*I stopped drinking soda back in 2009 - present* *I DON'T smoke or drink alcohol of any kind* .
*Hiatal Hernia , yes, I have a sliding hiatal Hernia ( had a Barrian Swallow )*
*I don't take NSAIDs why because you can end up with H Pylori* *Much of that, I don't take or never taken*

*I knew 2 people who died from Esophageal Cancer , just days apart* :( :(

crazy thing is smoking weed cured my GERD when ppi's couldn't, year 2 of using medicinal weed and I feel 110% better
