- In a Senate Budget Committee hearing, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) took OMB director Mick Mulvaney to task over the Trump administration's budget proposal. Sanders suggested that the plan, which would repeal the estate tax, would save wealthy families billions of dollars.

Estate tax is not specific to the rich you lugnuts. If your grandma or grandpa wants you to have their belongings the government wants to tax your ass for assets your family owns and already paid taxes on. Its amazing how many people want more taxes and yet they complain because everything is so expensive.

He inherited the economy was booming because of Obama and look at the economy now, it's tanking because of his failed policies and because of a corrupt and broken system.

After only 18 months in office, Trump has elevated growth to 3 percent on an annual rate and the latest projections are that the growth rate for the second and third quarter (which ends Sept. 30) will be over 4 percent. One might say all it took to get the economy really crackling was getting Obama out of office. Obama is right that this has been a long recovery - beginning in June 2009. But the real economic boom started almost the day after the election in 2016 with the surge in small business, investor and consumer confidence.

Nordic countries are mixed market economies like the USA...they just have more wealth equality, social safety nets etc. I never claimed them to be communists. I just don't like the cherry picking of certain countries with socialized structures in their economies to say "look here socialism fails".
