Easy Felt Moon ☾ Phase Wall Hanging - 𝐹𝑅𝐸𝐸 𝒫𝒜𝒯𝒯𝐸𝑅𝒩

Supplies:
► Navy felt (8" by 4")
► White felt (8" by 4")
► Moon phase pattern (ideally printed on cardstock)
► Cutting devices of your choice
► Embroidery needle
► Embroidery thread in gold
► Yarn or twine
► Something to transfer the pattern (pictured, a pastel chalk pencil)
► Xacto blade (optional)
► Chopstick (or thin dowel)
► Ruler
► Glue gun
Instructions
00:26 Print and cut out the stencil, using an Xacto knife or scissors
00:56 Cut the navy and blue felt to 8" by 4" rectangles
01:31 Line up the stencil to the bottom of the navy felt and use a chalk pencil or marker to transfer the pattern
02:00 Using scissors, cut out the moon phases from the navy felt
02:51 Using a hot glue gun, glue the white felt to the back of the navy felt (ie. the side with any stencil markings on it). Glue along the bottom edge. Glue the sides up to about 1" from the top. Make a channel for your chopstick using glue along the top.
03:34 Inset the chopstick into the channel

05:07 Attach yarn or twine to the chopstick so you can hang your new artwork!
