When watching you dunk I can see the focus you put into making sure the motion is a downward throw and not a “slap the backboard” type of move. That step is a helpful one to getting dunks as a rimgrazer
It depends on how advanced you are at this point and the intensity of the plyometrics you do if you do 8 intense plyometrics you gonna get hurt for sure i recommend doing 6 max and put some low/medium/high intensity, all this can be affected by how much time you have been training, if you curious i can tell you more
@@shrekdonkey8718 if u can tell me whats ur aprox max vert, what are the workouts and your age i could tell you more because thats basically what decides the intensity of your workouts
U probably need Technique bro, if u a 2 foot Jumper check on isaiah rivera videos about technique they the best, if u a one foot jumper i really don't know who is the better at it the only one that i know is probably jhon for thp too
Idk what it is but dunking outdoors in the sun just has the greatest vibes
I love it

Just went and dunked on a low rim today. Shit felt nice. It made me feel like I could actually dunk.
What shoes are best for outdoor low rims? Basketball shoes or soemthing else?
Some thick rubber outsole basketball shoes for sure
Ok nice. Didn’t wanna role an ankle or anything lol. ty man
yo bro what do you think has better durability ac12 or son of flash? But good vid really helps me since I can jump fairly good
Maybe the son of flash because of the thick rubber but in terms of performance, i'm picking the ac12 all day
ty dude of all yt you answered. Appreciate it man
@@RiqBbut is the ac12 still good outdoors tho?
How much higher do you jump indoors as oppose to outdoor?
Probably 2-3 inches higher indoors
Do yk when your next dunk attempt gonna happen?
So I do plyos two times a week and each day I have 8 excersises that I do. Is that to many workouts do do in one day?
