- in this episode of SKYRIM ROMANCE MOD: we are repeatedly incarcerated, encounter a dangerous and crafty rival for Bishop's affection (Daniel the Innkeeper), take a bath, and experience the most disappointing sex of our lives.

I'm playing through this mod right now and right after Bishop's confession about trusting you at that tower near Iversted, I talked to him and he started talking about wanting to sleep with you (the usual).
Anyway, he says that he's done playing games and I'm dedicated in this playthrough to shutting down all of his advances as much as I possibly can, so when he offered to keep my character warm in his bedroll I chose the option of, "Fuck off."
Bishop decided to respond, verbatim, with: "FINE! THEN YOU CAN FREEZE TO DEATH FOR ALL I CARE!" It actually startled me with the volume and intensity that the voice actor delivered that line. He sounded legitimately enraged that your character would dare deny him sex.
So Bishop literally went from confessing how he trusted my character, had their first kiss (you're railroaded into this regardless of your speech options), to propositioning her multiple times for sex, then screaming at her when she turned him down (which is extra fucked up because they've only shared one kiss at this point) and telling her that he hopes she freezes to death. Bishop is practically an incel caricature, and it's not intentional.
loudly threatening to murder a woman in the other room as you're bathing is exactly what I'm looking for in a guy.
If he doesn't threaten to murder a woman I don't want it 🙄
Its ironic because the way the tavern wench woman treats him, is exactly the way he treats you
I love how that lady just goes around telling random people that she's a thief. Do the mod makers know that stealing is a crime and not just a fun character quirk?

me: bullshit. Peak romance is fucking the protagonist in front of the fighting Imperial Army that you just passed by.
the line "all I need is you, naked, in my bed, eager and willing for me to give you a night you won't forget" is by far the rapiest piece of dialogue in the mod and when I came across it I actually physically retched. I was so glad my character could say no to him.
Oh, you say that because you didn’t see the first version of this mod. He actually says “Don’t make me force you” when you refuse to sleep with him.

@@basiliskboy17 Version 1 didn’t have more than 1 or 2 dialogue options and pretty much everything amounted to the same. At least in V3 they gave the player the illusion of choice. V1 didn’t have that.
And I clearly remember the line I told you about. It was THAT bad.

I swear there was an encounter they removed where Bishop would tear your clothes open with his dagger, and was later removed when people kept leaving terrible (earned) reviews for the mod, and explaining how the scene triggered a trauma response, without any warning the mod had no con scenes
