I like the voice acting in japanese of Pac Man World 2 and More that makes the Sense of the personality of the character (Specially Pinky , profesor Pac Man and Spooky) , sadly Pac Man don't have an official voice in japanese (this native language) and i interesed how sounds Pac Man in this language and More the voice actor for him. I have a question, what japanese voice actor fits perfect for Pac Man?

I love that they had Daisuke Gouri voice spooky in the Japanese dub! His voice fits spooky so well. The English voice actor did an amazing job as well (in the intro and outro cutscenes that is) but I can’t find them listed anywhere online unfortunately. Anyone know whose voice it is?

I don't know why either... Honestly, I would love it if they had voices in the US version because they RUINED INKY'S VOICE IN THE JAPANESE VERSION, so I would love to see him with the voice in the first cutscene and when you fight him in the forest world.
Considering Spooky's voice actor (Daisuke Gori) voiced Heihachi in Tekken, it wouldn't surprise me if the Voice Actors/Actresses were essentially already in the studio for other Namco projects and they decided to just have them do a few lines while they had them in that day.
