She was an Irish country girl to the end of her days. Humble, unpretentious, normal, but troubled. I think she felt things, everything, too deeply to be in show business. That world is all about money, production, shows, and more, more, more. I think it wore her down. Depression and burnout were a common thread in all her interviews. I think she just wanted to go home and play the organ and sing in the church in Ballybricken. I'm glad she left us Linger, and Dreams, and her haunting, lovely voice for all time. But I feel guilty about it. I wish she were still with us, and I wish she were happy.
What a lovely interviewer to ask such genuine questions about her home life and her children and just enjoy her happiness outside of the glitz and falsity of stardom.
I thought the same thing. As an American, I'm not familiar with him or his show, but he was very respectful and really seemed to care more about her as a human being than as a celebrity. Great interview.
She's immortal to me. She's my past my present and my future. Thank you Dolores I wish I was older and had the chance to see u in concert, I guess it's my deep regret.
@@Llucmajorer1 she was a blatant racist and everybody know that, i understand you like her music but that don't change the truth. I like the Mj and Rkelly music but they are pedophiles
@@reneverduzcocortes dolores was a troubled woman. despite her success, she lived a hard life with trauma. she attempted suicide in 2012. its horrible to think but that seems to be the likely case. may her beautiful soul be at peace now.
It's like he can't grasp the concept that someone can be a good rockstar and not necessarily have a tortured soul. That guy must not have much empathy if he doesn't grasp the concept of "feeling emotions" and inspire yourself from them to create art
I absolutely love Dolores and have since ‘92.....but this guy doing the interview has interviewed her before a few years prior to this one. Anyhow, does anyone else notice the jabs he is throwing at her? I’m sure he probably knows her husband in some sense...
At least she got 4 more years of life than Elvis Presley. They both died in the bathroom she died from alcohol, he died from drugs. Another waste of talent.

Her death is a tragedy in so many ways. A horrible tragedy.
she was murdered

Dolores was beautiful
❤️🔥🙏🏽😇🎸🎤🤘🏽
Cordon these days would never release something like this
Taylor and Dolores were going to do an album together but Taylor got a sore throat two weeks before losing his mother.
Povera Dolores, non si sa' il perche' di questo gesto estremo ! Mah ! Ciao Dolores !
At least she got 4 more years of life than Elvis Presley. They both died in the bathroom she died from alcohol, he died from drugs. Another waste of talent.
Not a word about Taylor Swift
She just couldn't keep her hands off the Lucky Charms. Free basing orange clovers and blue diamonds.
I'm so sad that I never got to see her live
She looks soo great! Oh I miss her so
