So if I have thin eyebrows but one side is way fuller than my other side. I hate the dark look that I always get because the arch to wing I have like 3-4 hairs lol nothing. I have tried Anastasia brow powder for a softer look. But to get shape I use a pencil and soften w brush. But my problem is because I have no hair I get the dark patch that you can see nothing is there. I have tried the micro pens. I don’t like it. (Yes I’m saving to get my brows microbladed ombré powder brow) until then please I get sooooo frustrated
The idea is to get the areas with no hair medium to light as natural, you will have them looked drawn in but you at least have some background than have a bald spot. There is no way to have them look natural unless you take the time to draw thin little lines with the brow pen to give the illusion of hair. You have the right idea with the pencil first then going over it with the powder…make sure that the pencil is very light because the powder will add to the depth of color. Make sure to so your due diligence in finding the right artist for the brow tattoo/powder. Thanks for asking
There are a few colors that would work depending on how light or dark you are…ebony is works if you’re my hair color with little to no warm highlights, dark brown works the same but better if your skin is darker and granite would be our darkest but I typically use dark brown for most of my African American clients. Make sure to do your due diligence in finding the right artist! Know your pros and cons and then make the decision. For most people that doesn’t have much hair to begin with that have a difficult time make their brows look natural may find that the microblading/tattoo can look better than what they do! Remember that the ink sits underneath your skin which gives a different look than what any brow makeup will look like and the ink will change colors over time but for most of my clients that have had that done don’t mind the change of color and it’s getting lighter as that serves as a guide to filling in their brows.
