    I’ve always thought the hand and arm movements of ballerinas were absolutely beautiful. It’s fascinating and I wondered how it was done! I want to learn this even though I’m 63! Thank you for your instructions. You’re amazing.

    Most people new to dance keep the thumb stretched out all the time when it should actually be under the index finger.

    Does anyone else have such a major stiffness/ lack of fluid movement issue with their right hand as a right handed person??? My left hand just flows so beautifully but my right cant seem to relax

      That's not uncommon! You may have tenser muscles in that hand since it is used more often.
