This interview was absolutely powerful and relatable. We are all on the same journey of self-discovery, finding our happiness and purpose. People are judging her so hard because she is famous however, she is human like all of us. It is difficult to put your life out there for everyone to judge and pick apart.

Jada is having a human experience. She had a very difficult childhood with a violent and absent father and a drug addicted mother living in the City of Baltimore. I met her when she was an actress on A Different World. She was a model in a celebrity fashion show and wore my clothes. She was guarded and not very friendly. Typical of someone with trust issues. What I do remember most is when she married Will. This woman loved and literally worshipped this man. Fast forward today, she is struggling with herself and him. She is owning her truth the best way she knows how. Your hair does not just fall out for no reason. That is poor diet and incredible stress. Virgos are socially awkward and I am not surprised how poorly she verbalized her marriage to Will. She is wounded by his infidelities and introduction to an open marriage. She literally allowed Will to disrespect her boundaries and she went along to get along. Will controlling was too much, and once he moved the family into a home he did not allow her to choose or agree, I believe this was the ending of their relationship. She did not like the style of the home and she cried for over a month. I believe they became triggering to each other. So I pause with all the vitriol against her and open my heart to hear her story. Will is not innocent. When a woman behaves towards her man in this fashion there we’re done serious violations and she simply refused to end the relationship because it’s a huge lifestyle to walk away from. Today she has built a world of her own support and is ready to move on from her painful past which may include Will. They are both beautiful souls and did their best. Let’s stop cursing her when we do not walk in her shoes.

The more interviews I hear with her the more I’m thinking something doesn’t add up. I’ve noticed that she never takes responsibility for what’s happened in her life. No matter what happens we have to own up to our part, that’s part of the healing. I think I’m amazed that all these credible interviewers can’t see through her when the notable psychologist and therapist can. Again something just doesn’t add up.

This was deep. I didn't know how much Jada was suffering internally. I recall she said years ago that Tupac was the first man in her life who loved her unconditionally and saw her potential, it wasn't about sex. They had a spiritual connection and she found happiness with him so I imagine that's why his loss still hurts her deeply. People deal with death differently but when you're already battling depression losing someone like that is devastating. I applaud Jada for being transparent about her feelings. Even if it makes some people uncomfortable she is taking control of her narrative after living a facade for decades. You are worthy Jada ❤

There is Cognitive behavioral learning, finding yourself, growing as a person, therapy, and mainly medication to help you while you are doing everything. I never gave up, but I never had the money to do things for myself. It took so many years and my children were grown that I could focus on myself. She had every opportunity to get help. I think he loved you for your essence, your soul, your core - but you rejected the love as superficial because you looked down on Will for valuing marriage, providing financially for his family, external achievements and accolades. Your language of connection are so at odds - but I think your ego has got in the way of appreciating the biggest love of your life. I think your traumas still get in the way of accepting authentic love and your still romanticising about a greater love beyond what your husband and kids offer you in Tu PAC or even with the Lord - but it’s not tangible Jada. After reading the comments, it is evident that this interview has provoked strong reactions from people. While it may trigger some, it is important to recognize that it could be reflecting unresolved issues within oneself. It is disheartening to witness the abundance of hatred directed towards Jada, especially when it seems that people are driven by their own self-importance and judgments. to judge is easy to do the work is only for the brave.

Hearing of Jada's long-term mental despair in her marriage is sobering. She always seems so bubbly and aware in public appearances. It's really sad to learn that she has been married to Will Smith for almost 26 years now but, despite having everything one could hope for, she has been unhappy for a long period of their union. In light of all that's newly revealed in her memoir, they've already lived through it for quite some time and I pray that she's given much needed grace, support and understanding for expressing her feelings. After all, marriage, love, and loyalty are a two-way street. While Jada is more vocal and open about she and Will's marital issues, Will has been able to maintain silence and secretiveness. My heart goes out to Jada and I hope the reality of her memoir is the spark of grace, growth and forgiveness they both owe to each other.💖💝

Will being silent about the matter isn't a bad thing. 🤗 The contrast is that because Jada chooses (or needs) to openly express it, she's taking the brunt of the scrutiny behind it all. I have been without a partner since 7/2023 that relationship was 7 years long and I have been completely alone ever since not any friends nor any texts no dates no hugs no flirting no nothingggg and it just comes natural to me! I have been this way since I was young! I’ve had two relationships my entire life and I’ve never needed them!!! I’ve always been on a journey of self!!!! This is my life came in alone will leave alone!!’ I don’t know almost any 40 year old or younger walking these streets willing to be this alone! Everyone is sooooo afraid of it!!!! I hope and wish people could get to this point and know it’s nothing wrong with it and it doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with me!!! It’s a choice and there’s no time frame or timer ticking … if it’s this way for the next 30 years it’s completely okay!!!! Companions are just a bonus never a necessity!!!

It’s so important that people understand this… even in this interview he says.. how can you feel this way when you have everything the perfect life.. the ONE thing people HAVE to understand about anxiety depression or any mental health issues.. is that you don’t have to go through anything bad or traumatizing for you to feel this way!! Yes there’s probably 70% of cases where they in fact have trauma for that to have occurred.. however it’s a Chemical Imbalance!!!! This means you have ZERO control over how you feel or what you think or the dark thoughts that crowd your mind!!!! This is WHY in many cases suicidal thoughts are so much more then just thoughts… for those who can’t control or who didn’t put those thoughts there and are fighting against these thoughts and feelings… that it’s so important at for the people around that person to take those thoughts seriously and to understand and be able to support them through getting help and this is why some people truly need medicine!!! If you aren’t causing it and if you didn’t go through anything for this to be troubling you … then how do you fix itttt?!!!! I wish there was more of an understanding about mental health!!!! Even though it’s more talked about so many people make assumptions based off what they’ve heard or stereotypes.. I’ve dealt with mental health and known about it and have been researching for myself since I was 10 years old having panic attacks every single day that blurred the lines of reality and as a child was absolutely terrifying!!! There just should be more accurate information for people and more info for people on how to help!!!! Just like stephen boss everyone said omg we couldn’t tell he didn’t seem sad.. doesn’t mean he was super sad.. he could’ve just been mentally fighting a war for years that noone knew about. And while that itself is sad.. and maybe even traumatic in itself.. I’m just saying.. he had everything himself.. But mental health and chemical imbalances does not discriminate!!! Please people educate yourselves!!!

nobody thinks Will is a saint.
its just clear she is the Queen of doublespeak and smoke + mirrors where he is an amateur who gets led by her.
she wrecks him periodically just because she can e.g. after the humiliation of him being made to pretend they were a proper couple when she had her sexual fling with her sons friend August they went on a family boat trip where he started stress eating and rather than be kind to him, she invented a nickname about gluttony and got the kids to join in saying it as well. fast forward a year and a clearly depressed Will goes on social media about how he is going to fix his body and get fit again and he nearly kills himself by doing crazy feats for his age at the same time of rehashing the trauma of his childhood home for his autobiography... and now we know he had the extra dimension of having to leave out of the book that he had at the time been split from Jada for SIX YEARS
so her book comes out, makes the forbidden secrets wholly public and renders his autobiography from mid last year into a joke
when it suits Red Table Talk (now cancelled and gone) Will would be made to talk and when it suits Jadas clout his secrets come out.
he doesn't have a prayer of escaping her exploitation of his name and fame because she has too sophisticated a psychological makeup

I am very motivated to set my son up for a good life. But I am starting, no stopping to want for myself. I am just not sure if it's too late. To late to fall in love, have a great career, make much of myself for myself. Happy, but not Happy. Feel that deeply. Been taking care of people since I was 6 and I am exhausted. I just want to lay half naked and watch other peoples life on TV. For a Leo it's lonely, but my kids gave me purpose. I wouldn't be here without them. Mixed Women, Mixed Cultures, Mixed Religions. Being told I was spainsh because I am tan. However, I am British and America, born in England. But, no..." You mean New England"! The key is to knowing yourself truly: Do you really want all of what you have been describing?? Love, career etc, or has it been something that has been shown to you on tv of what success is supposed to be?? I am happy as never before, having given up on the things that I don't really need! Now I am just happy to be alive and do what I like to do with the people I like to it with! Being Greateful! Life doesn't need to be that big thing, it can also be that wonderful simple thing, where the small things count and you can count your blessings! Because once you give up on that pre-made "idea" of what your life is supposed to look like, then you can REALLY become present! Because change can only happen, if you can be grateful for Everything you already have and that means being PRESENT with what you already have (friends, family etc)! We are here to honor wuat has been given to us! Once we do this, we can start to elevate what we ALREADY HAVE, because all we have is us!!! Do you understand?? 🙂 NOTHING is external, EVERYTHING is internal!!! Like Jada said too, once you have managed the outer world, you start to see that the Inner World functions in a different way! It's good to also focus on the SOUL-way!! Do what your Soul likes, and if that means spending time with your Loved Ones and kistening podcasts, that's oerfectly okay!!! 🙂 The most important thing is, to not feel guilty with doing what you love! In this society where we constantly think we have to do more than what comes naturally to us! Our ancestors were not constantly running around doing this or that, BECAUSE IT IS NOT NATURAL!!! It is in OUR NATURE to relax throughout the day and let our thoughts go! We can't always obsess over things, WE NEED Relaxation, WE NEED just the simple joys of life, WE NEED IT! We are not born to just be in the hamster-wheel day in and day out, it is not what we were birn fir! We were born for sharing our Love and Time with others AND OURSELVES, that's what is most valuable in this world!! 🙂 Blessings to you and may you enjoy every day as it comes!! 🤗💯✨♥️🌈🐶

I have a lot of respect for her courage to be vulnerable enough to share her story. For some reason many people think success, fame and wealth etc etc is the answer or replacement for self love and self worth. They are not. There were so many gems in this discussion but “your happiness cannot be found outside of you and your mind is not the leader” are two big takeaways!

Did people even listen to it before casting stones? I know average people wouldn't go on a podcast and admit to suicidal thoughts, nevermind that her image is her livelihood as a celebrity. Jayda is very vulnerable and talks about her mental health battles. Show some respect, she is still a human being and if you cant have compassion and love for another human then why are you following lewis in the first place. Also much respect for showing respect towards the Prophet (pbuh) u don't see it often

Of course not. They have the mob mentality. As they grab their torches and pitchforks, they ask "where are we going".

It's not true, we are perfect. The earthly journey is about learning to titrate the polarity of this releam. Doing so, is perfection. All the polarization is perfectly perfect. Enjoy the ride and be easy with you.

You probably always understand and connect well with the Virgo (because you are a Pisces), she is a double Virgo, but that does not mean that she should reform herself to no longer harm her family, but in fact we have a certain empathy more with some people than with others
