When I was 15 I wrote a letter about how I would want my life to turn out. Years went by and I never thought about the letter ever. I then came across the book "the secret" and then I remembered the letter and realized that everything I wrote on that letter actually DID happen. It gave me chills. This is real guys.

Whatever happened, had nothing to do with the letter, Karla. Billions of people have written similar letters and nothing came out of them. What you wrote in that letter were wishes or whatever you wanted one day to happen and worked hard for them to happen. Research into this "Secret" thing. The psychology of it, so you learn why you wrote what you wrote and how believing in this nonsense could actually be no good for you. There is no secret. Living by this secret could actually worsen people's m. health. The author of this book is the only winner here. Sold over 30 million copies already.

@@alyssazaira0406 Alyssa, one of the positive views of manifestation is that it can be a powerful tool for focusing one's energy and attention on a particular goal. By visualizing and affirming what we want, we can create a positive mindset and attract the opportunities and resources we need to make it happen. This can lead to increased motivation, confidence, and a sense of purpose that helps us overcome obstacles and stay on track.
However, it's important to note that manifestation alone is not enough to achieve our goals. It must be combined with action and effort in order to be effective. Simply wishing for something to happen without taking any steps towards making it a reality is unlikely to produce results. We must be willing to take risks, try new things, and put in the necessary work to turn our dreams into a reality.

I discovered 'The Secret' 13 years back. I was working a summer job at a bookstore called crossword here in India & the book was recommended to me by the store manager & mentor. He swore by the book and began to tell me stories about how it had changed his life. One of the first few books I read. I was about 15 -16 years old & man oh man! It changed my life.
As I read the book, I could remember the situations I had manifestated in my life, including me working a summer job at the bookstore.
I am 29 years old today, leading the digital wing at a leading advertising firm here in India, living my dream job and life.
I consider myself lucky to have discovered this early on in life ❤

As a child my family was on welfare/I was embarrassed to wear hand me downs to school. I married and my husband became severely disabled/ he began drinking to ease his pain. I thought my life was over! In spite of no finances I started nursing school/then became a nurse anesthetist frightened of the responsibly but determined after reading the secret. I got an award for most outstanding nurse anesthetist! In my fifties I ran marathons on all seven continents and summated the seven summits/got two Guinness world records for the runs and mountains! The secret changed my life!

I watched Rhomas film the secret back in 2008 or 2009 when I was 27. After that I manifested everything what I wanted in my life, which country to move to , what kind of house and how many children. Now I'm 43 and have everything what i had manifested for and imagined back then. Thank you Lord!

If you take something for granted, you believe it will always be there.

Of course it helps to be thankful.
But taking something for granted is having a strong subconscious belief.
@@rebisarahbar i think it’s more like take it for granted as in you don’t believe it’s good enough, so you refuse to be grateful for it until you get more. Then when people lose it they wish they had been grateful. I think everyone’s been there with something
How to manifest:
•Write down the list of the things you want to manifest.
•Write down who you need to become.
•Do visualisation exercise on one of the list without distraction.
•When visualising think realistically as if you are doing it.
•Do fpp visulisation.
•Go to certain environment to improve visualisation.
•Go outside your comfort zone and gain new experience.
•Take action.
•Dream about conquering your goals.
•Repetition + consistency.
•Avoid distractions.

As a child, I was painfully shy. I grew up with no self-esteem and was afraid of the unknown. 2 failed marriages later, I found this book it was eye-opening like a light bulb went off it was AHA! Little by little, I started working on myself. My whole life changed, I am now happily married, I own my own business, and I run it with confidence my way! 15 years back, no way, but today I am a different person! I buy several books at a time and hand them to people. I know their life will change too❤

Find things in your life to be grateful for.
Know what you want & believe & feel that you already have it.
See every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow to become the person you need to be.
Have faith in the process... even in the depth of every challenge find something to be grateful for & find something to be grateful for.
It's a daily process... some days are more challenging that others... especially if being a victim is a default response to any difficulty.

I’ve applied the laws of attraction in my life many times over and it really does work. At 28, I told myself I will become debt free. I was 10,000 in debt at the time and I was able to pay off everything in 1 year and 2 months.
At 30 I finally was in a good place to move out into an apartment on my own. I told myself, “I would love to live near Eastern Parkway in a newly renovated apartment”. This area of Brooklyn, NYC became pricy overtime because of gentrification and at first I didn’t think I could afford it on my own. I was able to get just that.
I told my husband self at the age of 37 what kind of house I wanted. It had to be within walking distance to my parents because they are elderly, it had to be a 2 family, finished basement, 3 bedrooms, I and half bathrooms, at least 1 walk in closet, a front and back yard and a balcony. I got just that.
Lastly, to told myself that I wanted to have a baby and get married by age 40 and I did. 😊 it does work.

I found Rhondas book in 2006. It changed my life. I met Bob Doyle in 2009 with Sonia Ricotti. I got close to meeting Bob Proctor , his neice lived in the next city to me, but he went to the spirit realm. Thank you so much for having this amazing woman on your show! I'm proof that the law of attraction works. I somehow even got on a TV show called the Dinamo show. Lots has happened in 17 years. ❤

It's so amazing how all these things are in the Bible. Like be anxious about nothing, aging being grateful for all circumstances, and not worrying about the future... there is a lot of attraction in the Bible, and it's like 2 thousand plus years old.

According to LOA principals, by saying why can't I find someone like him, you shouldn't have been able to ever attract someone like him because your message to the universe was not to be able to attract the guy.

@@susannezami1446 From my understanding, it's less about what was said, and more about the feeling behind the words. If the words come from a place of "I don't have that" then you won't have that. However, if the words come from a place of "I believe that's possible for me", then opportunities come up to show you that belief. It's a fine line.

Im 44 years old, divorced with 4 kids. I was running through life, not aware, not living with intention. I struggled but I was ok always go go go. This book snapped me out of the everyday routine. @@lewishowes Near the beginning of the interview, you asked Rhonda about the naysayers.
Here’s the point I would make about the naysayers.
We are always attracting, good or bad, Ying, or yang. So if the naysayers find it difficult to believe in all the wonderful stuff, you can attract into your life then just look at all the miserable people around you and you can see that they are attracting what they speak about.
“I’m not well. I’m on this medication and that medication.”
“ I can never catch a break, bad things always happen to me.”
“ I’m always broke. I can’t get ahead of the game there’s always another bill.”
We can easily see how these people are attracting what they are focussing on.
So why can’t the same be true for attracting the opposite?
It simply comes down to a choice.
And we get to choose !!!

I did Peace Corps work with starving refugees who dreamed of food and abundance day and night. they used all their might to beleive in it and literally had nothing to do all day except dream. It never came.

From what l have had l would want a copy
Rhonda changed my life. When I first watched the secret I was mentally ill, with chronic depression, jobless and miserable. While watching, I realised why everything always went downhill for me. I had nothing to lose and tried practicing the law. 11 years later my life is completely different. I manifested my healing, great jobs, abundance, accommodation, great friends, an amazing relationship. I still don't rationally understand why or how it works, but it would be irrational to deny it does.
The mind is powerful because in 2018 I write down how my dream life would look like and now I’m 34 and I’m living my dream life I have the house , the husband, the land , the garden and the job I love so much and beautiful family and positive thoughts can goes along way guys ❤

@@vanitagomes3794 I wrote like it’s something I already have. Because I wrote it in January 2018 and met my now husband in May 2018 and got engaged June 2018.
Same. I'm 34 now. I have everything I asked the Universe for 8-10 years ago. The money, the ease, the family, vacays, luxury, abundance, love, friendship, kindness!
I read this book in my 20s and it made so much sense to me then and as I have grown older; self doubt has creeped in…but I make vision boards and 3 years ago I wrote publish and had images of books and I published my first book last month! Act as if, be humble, and believe! Makes the goal of feeling good have a whole new meaning and purpose!!! Love this!!! Passed along to my tribe of soul sisters to spread the possibility & joy and light! ❤🙏🏽

Paused. I was in depression over the plight of my eldest son and health problems that ensued. Crying every day, practically, over what might happen - and it did! His last admission to hospital I genuinely felt calm. Grateful yes for his medical care🙏 but not my usual panic not a tear shed. I felt strong, different in myself, in me. Able to cope. He is doing better than I could have imagined. He calls me daily now, where I 'stifled' him constantly checking in from a place of anxiety. He felt that. Now to hear his voice, calling on his terms just lifts me and lifts me. I'm never going back to the despair it is so self sabotaging and spreads like a malignant disease.

I removed all the negative words from my sentences & it made me feel so good. She made me realise that I am the powerhouse of strength and courage ❤️

Yes! I binge on all of her interviews. I absolutely love her! I grew up in a super negative household (still is)gossiping, criticizing, etc. I stopped all of that about 2 years ago (I'm 57 so it took a long time to break out of it) but I feel so good! I've learned so much about myself these past couple of months listening to her and I'm excited for my future. Thank you for having her on your channel, can't wait for part 2! Many blessings! ❤

Yes! I loved this interview as much as the previous ones that were shared. Having been raised with the notion of manifestation since I was a kid, growing up into the world and meeting so many different kind of people has sometimes been challenging because all of them have a different way of thinking and that's okay. Some are very opened to welcoming the best in their lives and working on themselves to get there while some other cultivate a lot of negativity making it sometimes special for all of us to blend into all this. I took the experiences in my life as opportunities to work on myself. I learnt a lot about my own self in the process. I learnt early that what you put out in this world is what you receive since I do a lot of art, music and writing. Of course, not only these activities keep you in touch with your feelings and emotions but for me it plays a big part. And so, by realising the effects it would have on my life, I began to write more consciousely. For example, I would write a lot of stories where there would be a lot of drama going on. The stories were amazing but the thing is when I write, I feel and when you feel, you manifest. Everything I wrote would manifest in my life in the next few days, weeks, months... That's the way I realised how powerful it was, for the good or the bad and we know there are some things we prefer manifesting than others. At first I thought my stories would get less interesting if I would take all the drama out of there but it still got very interesting in a different way. To get back to the video you shared, I like watching and listening to those kind of interviews a lot. The section in her book in the Secret on relationships, absolutely works! I did actually what she said and a month later I was in a relationship. She’s such a sweetheart 😍

This one got me in tears. I'm not new to the secret, but this year I've encountered a number of horrible things - breakups, a love that didn’t return, a new love that has been slow, and I got scammed a further $60000.

What a blessing to interview Rhonda again! I feel like too many of the naysayers misunderstand the point. It’s not about if you “wish” hard enough the thing will magically appear in your lap without you lifting a finger (that could also happen but the movie doesn’t tell you to rely on that).
It’s more like if you singularly focus your attention, a series of thoughts, ideas and events will start to germinate which will lead you and the thing to each other like magnets.

That was a great interview. Really really great questions.
I sometimes wondered why we didn't see so much of Rhonda Byrne, like... did she fade into obscurity?? But that she admits it was a conscious choice to stay out of the limelight I think is incredibly smart and admirable and shows that she really practices what she teaches (not preaches).
After the great success of The Secret she didn't turn into some self- help guru always trying to market some new course (other than putting out a few more books)
It's probably way easier to maintain and live out a harmonious life when you're not on the media's radar.
Anyway, I got into The Secret around 23, and it definitely shifted my mindset. It's been the stepping stone to other great authors and thinkers and practices which have lifted my spirits considerably. I attribute these practices to virtually curing my depression and emotionally instability, as well as increasing my self awareness, doing away with pettiness and being able to get along with people. I'm 30 now, and looking at the environment i lived in before to where and how I'm living now is vastly improved; from living in one of the most low-vibration areas to one of the highest in my state. But I know i still have a lot more room to improve, and limiting beliefs to extinguish. This interview was a good reminder and refresher that i need to keep committed and focused every single day on having achieved my goals, and on maintaining awareness and control over my thoughts and feelings.
You ask how can you feel grateful or say you’re grateful when experiencing trauma, hardships. The only way to get through it is to allow the repetition of saying the words I’m grateful to align with the feeling over time. I started saying the phrase I am love everyday I woke up even when I didn’t feel like giving it or being it. Eventually I just exude that. Love Rhonda, grateful for the secret that changed my life. Lewis, you ask the best questions ❤

Manifestation came into fruition for me when i manifested my dream full-time job. I had the resume, the recommendations the application went through and i was optimistic. When i did my interview, i knew i was going to get it in my heart in my gut. I knew i aced it, and i was so fulfilled when i was offered it and accepted it. That was my first act of it, and im not going back!
