Speaking of fragrances, I watched PM's video on his fragrance collection about three months ago, and since then, I have gone a bit nuts ordering samples from niche perfumers. Since I'm of average income, maybe a tad lower, I'm still trying to decide on one or two, maybe three full bottles of something New York Intense from Fragrance Du Bois is definitely on that limited list. But yeah, since that video, I have learned more about fragrances than I did during my 57 years on this planet. As for watches, I've been into them since my early teens, although I didn't buy them regularly until recently. Again, just the ones that are affordable in my price range, which is nothing over $600 yet. I do find simple and high quality most appealing. My grail watch used to be a platinum Rolex (no diamonds, sorry Mike, lol). However, my Grail watch at this time (after watching watch videos for months on here) is a Grand Seiko with a Spring Drive. Not sure which one yet.
Daaaaaayyuum!! The fragrance is actually Extrait de parfume. Classy stuff. And that's a GINORMOUS bottle so at that price it's actually a good value. Two bottles could last a lifetime. Literally
My father had a Rolex collection when I was little. The only watch I remember him having was a sky dweller white gold. Seeing that watch gives me a sense of nostalgia. My father passed my older siblings sold his watches for pennies on the dollar😢. One day I will restore his collection starting with that watch using old pictures of him.

Gotta agree w Niko on the "iced out" bit , watches get drenched in diamonds nowadays missing the whole point of the dial , they all look the same.But..gotta credit Michael too for changing the bracelet on some of the watches he buys , its beyond ludacris to put elastic and rubber bands on top tier and super expensive watches.Sorry RMs , until you design proper bands that reflect the price tag you dont deserve to top tier.

It all makes sense now... I can see how he is a successful producer, his negotiating skills are off the charts. Nico is constantly petulant and his brand is to be a jerk. PM soothed him and calmed him down, got him to see it his way. Brilliant!
They're not lying, the PM fragrance hits harder than petrol. Like a leather bag with petrol spilt on it is my best description but it's strangely satisfying.
its hard to balance a background that is also a lightsource without darkening everything that matters because for that you'd need a very bright light source, preferably multiple, a key light and some to erase the hard shadows

I would go further, and say, what you can afford, is akin to giving to charity. When you give to charity, it needs to bite - otherwise it is meaningless. If your watch buying lacks that bite, or passion, are you really buying the right watch?
