i didnt trust Pimax, but now I took a chance and order the Light... OMG amazing , just awesome headset, lens are just as good as my Q3 and the colors and the rez are beautiful. not heavy at all and the thing just works ty Pimax

My problem is the continual bad publicity on pimax for customer support. I would love to get one but I really don't want the battle if the headset goes wrong. I live in china and all my emails to Pimax asking for info never get answered. This sends alarm bells showing the potential issues that exist with communication. I will get a second had g2 for now and be happy with that.

Have you tried emailing them in mandarin?
I have nothing but good things to say about their support. I’ve only needed to contact them once but my headset was out of warranty and the conversation was over a couple of weeks. They were nothing but polite and helpful
Can’t wait to see reviews of Crystal Super!!! How many more months now?

Sry Somnium vr1 won , yes its more expensive but you are getting way more fov , better colours, brighter display and better clarity and sharpness .
I preordered the vr1 visionary edition 🙂
yo may be right, but until it ships it cannot be said that they won. Crystal light is sellingn pretty well I would say.
