      Meditation is against Islam. It's a Hindu infidels practice, not related to Arabic culture in anyways. Moslems should abstain from indulging in such 'unbeliever' practice..

    Does listening to music help even after youre done listening to music or only while listening?
    Im no brain scientist so I could be (and probably am) dead wrong but in theory it seems like listening tousic could cause you to be reliant on it and require it to experience a baseline level of dopamine.

    Apparently your body actually releases dopamine after a workout because you are exerting yourself and depending on how hard you push , it’s your body managing the pain and exertion you’ve put it through , it’s actually your body’s way of rewarding you for stopping the workout / torture of your own body …

    Dopamine is not really a happy hormone it's a motivation factor to anything. But yes, dopamine helps in mood regulation.
    Happy hormone is endorphine and serotonin.

    Dopamine is not 'Happy' Hormone.. Serotonin is.
    Dopamine is related to concentration and focus. People with ADHD issues (myself) have a deficiency of Dopamine.
    The satisfying feeling after work out is due to Serotonin boost, not dopamine.

      When I was in highschool I used to wake up at 5:30am, ride my bike to the station then catch a bus to the gym. Workout, then catch a bus to school. Having a friend doing it with me helped a lot too. 😊
