- This is a tour of a 7x10 Meters Modern Small House with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room and a modern living room. The total living space of this 1 story modern house is 62sqm / 667sqft and the estimated cost is 950k to 1.4M php (approximately 18k - 26.7k usd)

I’m liking the plentiful windows and the outdoor areas. I didn’t notice areas for a clothes washer or food refrigerator. Also the bed designs could be more useful if there was under bed storage
This is the inspiration for the house I’m about to build!.!.
That is one beautiful design. I broke down each room as USA do it yourself costs, Windows were about $10k, foundation and finish trim was closer to $20, kitchen and baths are going into $10k range rough cost here, $70k all work by owner including foundation, plumbing electrical and finish landscaping, otherwise, this is a $178k project.
that is why sometimes it is better to buy those pre built homes. you just need land. and make sure the laws for the land you just bought allows the pre built tiny home. I am really interested in the nestron from singapore. the down side is you cannot customized.

How does this cost 18k dollars?! I live in Israel and a basic apartment at the size of this house costs 250k dollars!!!
No the price does not seem realistic at all only the windows caused half of that … And of course they don’t calculate the foundation in the patio and walkway. The price was just there simply because it attracts attention. But go find a contractor to build you this little house for $18,000… Good luck with that!
PS. It may be possible if you build a house yourself… And even then it will take more to get the materials in the United States at least I don’t know in our country’s

Who would build it? Needs very cool trim. All concert is what I want. I would go $390k here in North Arkansas.

The price seems realistic because each piece is little. After, you need calculate the price of the land too. In fact, the real price depend materials used, and today, many Real estate companies rip people off by raising the price to make a profit.

There are surprisingly many YT creator for small/tiny houses. But noone is better than you. Maybe think about adding the floor plans at the end again.

This is the style of house i want. Purchase some cheap land and build a small but well designed open Concept single floor home with attached 2.5 or larger car garage with large driveway and non attached Heated building that will act as a Auto workshop/ Hobby workshop/Car storage/ Man Cave with an upstairs loft style apartment for guests. And a no basement to save costs but have the house designed as to be able to build on to it later on if i choose so. Start with a 1200 to 2500 sq ft hosue no basement but large attached garage and very large detached Garage/Workshop/Guest House/Man Cave/Car and toys storage.

Are these the actual price of the house including labor? Where can I find the builder, I would like one of these built within the next six months.
Love it ,but No Attached Garage to put a car in? Why in this modern day and age wouldn't the builders, contractors include a 2 car Garage? It's no longer A luxury, it's one of the Essential Necessaries. I for one would never ever buy a home without one again!

I don't see the powder room that was in the description, just two full baths. I am figuring the fridge is at the end of the counter housed in the paneling. Why don't these newer housing plans show a dishwasher, even a drawer-style one. And I don't see a washer/dryer space. A proper one with side-by-side kind, or even stackable. Don't like the combo w/d that the new designs have. But I love the look of the outside and I love the dining alcove in the kitchen. Do the bedroom have doors, like pocket doors?

For those that gave asked about a fridge in the kitchen, I'm thinking that it is that built in cabinet looking thing just past the built in stove top and oven. My cousins had something similar put in their house when they had their kitchen remodeled.
Rebeka, that IS actually a full sized, tricked out refrigerator/freezer. I scrolled the video back and forth a few times looking, and it's definitely a brushed metal.
