I suffer from orthorexia (for almost 10 years now) and you really make me feel much happier and calmer about food when I watch you. I just wanted to say thank you so much.
I suffer from bulimia nervosa so I know the struggle when it comes to eating so I can relate.when I see others enjoying food it calms me and reminds me that it's gonna be okay. Just wanted to say you're doing a great job it's really difficult 😊
Hey, just seen your comment , I suffer from anorexia, I totally understand where you are coming from. Watching something with a healthy relationship with food, Is comforting and reminds me that food isn’t the problem at all.
I use to be butcher, you can have chicken or beef in freezer for up to six months, & fish or shrimp for up to 4 months, if it kept longer the protein gets freezer burn. I appreciate your informative & calming vids, you will always be my #1 celebrity crush 🥰. Bismallah.

Imma tell u a Recipe that I love it's a pasta recipe of pasta aka cheese pasta
1st step:boil the pasta till its soft
2nd:take a pan put oil and the ingredients you want in the pasta but my fav ingredients are like origano onions and chilli powder
3rd:mix it all
4th:Put milk in it
5th:Put all the cheese you want (I put alot of cheese cuz I love alot of cheese)
6th:Mix it all
7th:Put the pasta
8th:mix it till the oil milk and the ingredients stay on the pasta
And it's done!
You can put cheese on top of you want :D
And boil the pasta in water :> Hope you try it!!

i think with the vegan mousee u didn't let the chocolate cool so it sort of melted it into a runny liquid when I think its supposed to be thick, if that's not the case u had to whip the liquid thicker, but I love ur videos they're so great mashallah

if the rice is mushy, i think .
you can make perfect rice by soaking it in water for 30 minutes then putting it in a pot, add water and leave to cook. no need to mix it, unless things tend to stick to your pot, you can mix it but not too much. cook on medium heat and put a lid on the pot and wait for it to cookyou should make perfect rice each time. that’s just how i make it though. hope it helped :)

I like tea whit milk or whit out milk whit sugar and somethimes whit sage.If iam having whit milk the milk comes aftet taking the tea bag off mug.But usually if iam making tea pot tea for me and my arab husbant (iam european)we dont take milk whit it😄

i would use frozen meat within a month or so. the longer its in there the more it gets that frozen funk and the meat breaks down

I hate making noodles like that. I make a onion and garlic for my base with bit of oil m salt. And then add chicken or prawns and cook through and the seasoning in the packets i add it to that. Add lil soy saucr and boil separately the noodles and add that to the chicken or prawn mix. I hate watery noodles. Not me lol
