I've experienced this "space" on 4 separate occasions, at the same time experiencing zero anxiety for the first time in 25 years. it lasted for 2 days the first time then went away, a month goes by and it came back this time for 4 days, it's the most beautiful feeling in the world but I'm having a hard time figuring out what it was exactly that triggered it those times. I'm really close though, I can feel it!

Don’t chase it. Let it be . Don’t give it space for existence. Just be in awareness

And whatever this guy is saying is 100% correct
This is the only way through which human mind can achieve peace
    I'm gonna practice this😊

This concept is life changing for folks with OCD...when your thoughts, feelings, and body go into total alarm mode, finally discovering your own awareness while all these debilitating things are happening is a very pleasant realization. Someone with OCD (especially "Pure O") can observe all their intrusive thoughts and the negative feelings and anxiety-inducing sensations that can tag along or be a symptom of the thoughts that your BRAIN is sending YOU. The thing that can observe all of this cannot be observed and that is the awareness, source, soul, whatever it may be...and knowing that truly your THOUGHTS AREN'T YOU is incredibly healing. Doesn't fix problems right away, but it's a step.

Thanks for this channel Sunny. It feels like a single sincere voice speaking against the pendulum of distraction and consumption taking us away of being true human beings. I had a hard time grasping some of the concepts because everything felt like a call to "nothingness", which to my conditioning felt like a "bad" thing. But a found a quote helpful (paraphrased): "Be nothingness. Nothingness cannot be constrained. It cannot be pushed in any direction and tipped over" - Bruce Lee. Hope I'm not misunderstanding please feel free to correct where incorrect. "Nothingness" may not be the best description of the goal but a good starting point for living from awareness.

when I was a child, each time I sat in a bus, usually the upper deck, I would keep gazing throught the windows, at different people down on the street (I lived in one of the most crowded cities of the world, so there were always al lot of people everywhere), but when I kept putting my eye focus on other people, I felt drained away, I felt my energy was pulled out (of course at that time I did not know about energy) and I felt sick and my vitality losing, I asked myself to stop looking at other people, but still again and again, I would keep putting my energy on others. Now, I understand what was happening. I believe many people have the same experience, and even for years

    Who creates the thought?
    Who changes the thought
    Who is a thinker?
    Who is a observer?
What is the difference between mind and brain?
Should we correct intrusive negative waste impure thoughts or don't pay attention without any kind of judgement?
what is the role of thoughts in our life?

I really don't want to think about my gf.. And I tried hard.. But now it's like a shadow thought.. Its like an image popping of maybe a frok or a text massage.. This gives me literally headaches all the time sunny.. And it's hard to observe because it's not a full thought really.. What should I do sunny? 😖🥺

  • @rhunter6427

Whenever I try to observe my thoughts, they disappear, and I can think of practically nothing, it's as if my mind has been silenced. Is this a good sign?
