The only casing Maxxis makes that has a tough enough sidewall for around here is the DH casing and it is only sold in Maxx grip which lasts half a season in the rear. Thats my reason for Schwalbe rear Maxxis front.

56:09 guessing this was filmed before Pinion's new gearbox annoucement. No more gripshift + you can pedal under load! (it shifts when the cranks are vertical when there is the least amount of torque) Really cool tech!

I hate bouncy tires on my hardtail. 2.4s and just take the hits. I want a hardtail to be as sharp as possible.
DH tires are AMAZING but only down hill. I'm not a weight weenie but the first time I put DH tires on and tried to bunny hop I was floored how heavy it made it

Your *average* elephant is smaller than you think, Asian elephants are pretty small compared to African. Also, a whale doesn't weigh anything in its natural environment, it does have much more mass though.
Shimano SUCKS....they give not a damn about their customers...Been a SRAM guy since getting back into Mt Bikes... I am proud to be a Customer of World Wide Cyclery! They offer great service and knowledge!
