upgraded ang 2024, may AAV listing na kayo!🥳 Parang young builder ito na galing lang sa mga cheaper locations, practical ang materials at design-pinoy ang build pilosophy hindi gaya ng mga lumang AAV bahay na may mga weird o foreign design/materials/features. for example, mabuti na wala siyang home theater room-lumang feature na ito. Good build quality, malinis. Hindi niya nakalimutan yung mga luxury amenities gaya ng basement at roof top. Kulang lang ang bahay na ito ng technology gaya automated gate, built-in CCTV and Wi-fi, solar and backup power.
Parang madaming kulang doon sa pool area, masyadong minimalist o pang aesthetic lang-you would expect something like BBQ area, outdoor shower, sun bathing area, o yung pang party pool ang setup.
For the price, parang maliit yung lote. Mukhang masikip. I expect at least 900sq.m. para may lawn area for playground, sports, children's house o shed, etc.
15:55 kulang ng large window o exhaust fans dapat dito sa washing area. malakas uminit mga machines dahil sa drier.
