I always use closed captioning on youtube, netflix, prime... you catch more of what is said that you may not hear, especially background chatter in movies which can sometimes give you more clues. It’s just better. 😊💗
Would love a video of your take on slings and shoulder injuries. Been having frequent issues with my shoulder and would like to hear what you have to say and also even a tutorial on exercises to do with one on
Unless you are not suppose to move your shoulder (after a surgery, severe injury, or dislocation), I wouldn't recommend using a sling. Are you thinking of a specific injury?

The only thing I would’ve added was adding how to do it on a tablets/iPads. I had to play around with it a little bit, but I did figure it out, this does help, thanks again for your videos!

Help! Yes I know this and it has worked for me for the last couple of years. Now all of a sudden, the font size changes to 50% which is way too small. I have gone in and changed this and it will work for that video, then switches back to 50%. I went into the video override area and set this so that it would override the video settings, still my font size switches back to 50%. Is there anyway I can set the size to 100% permanently? Thank you!
Hey Doc Joe happy new year. I have Question I’m 26 and about 7ft tall, I play basketball 🏀 and everytime I workout my knees the crack so bad will a little pain. Especially when I do squats. I guess my Q is what can I do to get rid of the cracks ?? Thanks in advance
