This has to be one of the best cars you've had because firstly this guy has built it on his drive secondly you are for the first time able to show the difference between fwd and 4 wd not just in same spec cars but The same car which has to be a first cracking video and credit to the owner I'm now going to watch it again bloody brilliant

This is What the Mk2 RS should have been from the factory. What a guy ! Homebuilt weapon. In my opinion you can not beat a 5cyl sound I absolutely loved mine. V10/V12 are lush but these 5 pots are special. This has to be up there with the best Videos I've Seen on O.G yet 👌

With the 5 pot STs its not just the HP , they have a TONNE of torque which comes in very low down. So I bet thats 500hp feels more like 700hp!

I've always dreamed about basically the same thing for many years, only difference is the car of my choice would be a Volvo C30 with the same AWD conversion from V50, i fell in love with that Volvo C30 Polestar which was on the Top gear. Now i know its possible 😉💪

Prob not much difference at all because the weight of the system is still there and the clutch for the diff etc will still be spinning so not much less drive train losses either. Only way to compare is if you had a propper fwd st with same mods and then it would be lighter with even less DT losses
