Hi BBD, you never seem to stop ; always on the go; very prolific with the videos ; great content; very knowledgable and very respectful towards customers.lots of fun for your viewers. Thanks to you and NJ!
I found your site about a month ago..I'm amazed at the volume of ''stuff'' you move, buy and sell..Up here in Maine there are a couple of dealers comparable to you but the markets are few and far between plus we are still up to our.....with snow(April tomorrow)..As a collector of knives for 50 years I've had to ''pick, buy and sell'' other things-mostly smalls and as this video shows..they move..It gets crazy here at our one summer market, flashlites before sunup, guys running table to table, some pushing and at least one incident per Sunday..I envy your laid back approach....
@@tommcnamee5946 Hello Tom. A while back I bought a dirk marked dorach..spelling may be wrong..anyway I found the town but not even the local pipe band knew anything about such things...it was a keeper but I've since sold it..I've had stocking knives..also
hi dave great video great find with very very old glass bottles and very good price for them to . when we got home temp was 78 degrees out side we did very very well @ meadow lands flea market great weather and it was packed with vendors and sellers and customers and even people walking there dogs . that is picture perfect red white and blue flea market day you did very well selling a lot of your stuff you have great prices people always like to haggle with the seller as along every one is happy and has a great time and enjoy the flea markets .
Another great day at the flea market. Was this a good day, money wise, as you seemed to be collecting cash every ten seconds!. Nice to see you guarding items Gabbi might want to sell, you make a good parent to the 'kids'.
I took some advice you gave in a different video about selling wood hangers and brought them to the Meadowlands. All day they busted my chops about paying $30.00 for 45 of them and at the end of the day, they stole them! :-D
You guys had Your first warm day in a while at the market ,isold at my local market today and it was the first cold day in months for us here in nsw central coast Australia
Nice Day at the Meadowlands. I decided to go Garage Sale Hunting this Saturday. Lots of Houses selling but Unfortunately I didn't find much. I was avoiding clothes because I already have piles to list online.
BBD you really need to sell anything 'smaller than a bread box' on eBay. Scrape that cream of your smalls and quadruple your $$$$. You've got 'the eye' and honey hole location to do it.
So hopefully you can give a tip.. I hear you give prices and people pass. I assume that you keep steadfast early in day, when do you decide to start taking lower prices...??
You can really get busy at times. Do you ever have an issue with shoplifting? I think most flea market buyers are generally honest and don't steal. Just curious if you find that true as well. Love the videos.
@@bluebusdave2529 I saw an eBay seller said he was banned from eBay because he sold a bottle of vintage perfume, international, to someone in France. I guess it's against the law to 'import' perfume to France. It's tough these days.
You go to the flea market to sell and what do you do? you're buying bottles that are way over priced. You have a buying and hoarding sickness and you can't get rid of what you have. Concentrate on selling and getting rid of what you have first. By the way if you want antique bottles I have thousands of them that I need to get rid of and I will sell them all to you cheap.

Beautiful day it sure was busy. That's always good for sales.
Thanks again for sharing.
Great video! Good score on the bottles!
How do you keep track of so much PEOPLE and YOUR INVENTORY???
Dave you have the opera glasses now no excuse not to go to the opera .....(ha)...
The video should have been entitled " how much for the bell?" Great video - hope you doubled your money after rent.
😆🤣🙃
Great buy on the apothecary bottles. Since they have their original stoppers, they'll go for $30++ EACH on eBay.✌
How do you keep track of everything? You really have some cool stuff . Gee I wish I was there. Old lady from Iowa. 👍👌👏👏👏👏🚙🍀🍀🌽🌽🌽🌽❤️❤️🚛
Nice one Dave ,it's warming up mate . See you on the next one .Peace .

Thats a nice shirt u wearing
so was wondering how you made out for the day a the flea market, just general number.
You did good! How much to reserve a spot at the Meadowlands? What are the hours?

I would put more of the jewelry items on ebay.
People could easily steal small items so you should put them in you line of sight. Especially jewelry!
So hopefully you can give a tip.. I hear you give prices and people pass. I assume that you keep steadfast early in day, when do you decide to start taking lower prices...??
Shame you're not in the UK you would make a small fortune with your stuff.
I’m watching for thieves as if I was there. Some people look suspicious.

I've wanted to ask that too. I find myself watching people through Dave's camera! 😅
They steal at meadowlands!! Got to watch people!

Love the vids. Do people ever get mad at you cuz I noticed you always grab the stuff out of their hands? Noticed it in other vids too
