- Today we Liberty of the Seas docks in Nassau. But we decide to cancel our excursion and enjoy our Royal Suite! Room 1640. We enjoy the hot tub on our balcony and then try out the Tidal Wave water slide. This is Day 3 of our 2023 cruise vlog.

Do you two have jobs? Yes! We both have full time careers. Brian is a Software Engineer and Kerry is a Graphic Designer.
Is this vlog a paid promotion with the cruise line? No, we have never worked with a cruise line before (I doubt they even know who we are 😂). If that ever changes, we will be sure to let you know in the video.
What are those black pouches around your neck? We use the lanyards to carry some camera equipment, but many cruisers like to wear lanyards to hold their room key card.
What camera do you use? We typically use the DJI Pocket II, however, when we are in the water we use the Go Pro Hero 9, and in Alaska we occasionally used the Nikon P1000 for wildlife shots. What is a GUSS? GUSS is our name for a Towel Animal! It is a childhood memory for Brian that has lived on for years. You can see the home video moment where GUSS was born in Adventure of the Seas Day 6 (We Made the News) and Allure of the Seas Day 3 (Sea Day).
Is that one thing you said serious? Almost certainly not. If you’re new to the channel, we have really dry, sarcastic senses of humor. So if you’re questioning if it’s sarcasm - it probably is.
How do I ask a dinner time question? Leave a comment on any video and let us know it’s supposed to be answered at dinner time. We’re always looking for new questions (even if the next cruise we can answer it on is a long long way out).
Is it really pronounced CoCo “Key”? Royal Caribbean has said itself that it is pronounced “Key” in a FAQ of their own here: creative.rccl.com/Sales/Royal.... To each their own on this pronunciation!
When and how did you meet? We met in February of 2020 via a dating app. We answer this question in more detail in our Independence of the Seas Day 2 (Swimming with Pigs) video.

Took a Pocket 2 to Alaska, in part because I found this channel and I was impressed by the quality of the footage you, and other vloggers were able to capture with it.. I also have a bigger interchangeable lens camera that technically takes better video, but the Pocket 2 wins out because it's such a great size and is just so easy to use. Captured so many great memories with it. Still love watching all your adventures. You two are great. Thanks!

The new menus are theme nights. Mexican, Asian, caribbean, American. I really enjoy it.
I agree the Tidal Wave is the best water slide! My best friend and I rode it 3 times. My best friend rode in front and kept her legs crossed and inside the float! We got so close to the edge each time. I have been waiting to see y'alls reaction.

We went on the Jewel in 2019 and traveled the Greek Isles. I enjoyed that ship.
I love the jewel, it has an understated class with the aft safari lounge and outside dining at windjammer.

I love Liberty of the Seas's water slide. It really is fun and a little terrifying! I went down that thing so many times all the life guards recognized me by face. It's absolutely tragic the water was too cold for you to enjoy that slide to its fullest.

I love your videos..l love cruising too..but l realize that its better to sail in the concierge or upscale rooms to really enjoy the cruise like a rich people do ie..beautiful surroundings and 1st class treatment for our short stay surroundings

When you were on the slide it did it feel like you were going to fly off the slide and off the ship? 😅 How did it compare to the Slingshot on Coco Cay? My son made me go on that and it was so scary-I had my eyes closed the entire time 😂

that just means it’s sold out for that sailing, they usually get booked pretty quickly

It would be very exhausting and not fun for the two of you if you only had to think about vlogging and pleasing your audience. I really hope one day you two can get a massage or a facial. I’m sure vlogging can be stressful and tiresome
