- Tell me, did you ever feel like running away to a remote patch of land where no cell phone operator could reach you? You won’t believe it, but such places still exist, even in the 21st century, and Saint Helena island is one of them. Everyone knows that the disgraced Napoleon Bonaparte died there, but many are surprised to learn that the island is not located in the Mediterranean Sea but is nestled in the expanses of the Atlantic Ocean between the African continent and Brazil.
Why would anyone choose to live there, aside from escaping the threat of World War III?
