Dude, did you listen to your text alongside the background music? It's ridiculous... like samba music to the words 'the danger posed by sunken nuclear submarines is very real - each of them could potentially become a new Chernobyl in the world ocean...' WTF? Perhaps a little bit of solemnity would do you some good? Btw what do you mean by 'world ocean'? I know there's such a term, but its meaning is not generally accepted.
