It's clarified at the beginning of this video that this is the game he was talking about. I think this is an older series that was pushed back in favour of another series. Which explains the older heads and possibly why it was off schedule.

I'm always surprised that Arin thinks around 50 corners and kills himself in 50 different ways instead of just trying to work with the tools he already has. Desperately trying to come up with an explanation for a seemingly impossible task, almost as if he's playing a Kaizo Mario game looking for a hidden block.
