Hi all, in this video I explain how to paint your RC boat with basic tools. What do you need and how to do it!

Excellent tutorial Jan! I also use the narrow plastic kind of tape which more or less solves the "edge" problem. And wow that 2k clear coat creates such a perfect shinny sueface. 👌👌

Thanks Vinnie, glad you like it! I guess you can find very similar tape and paints at home depot. The 2K clear coat in a spray can is definitely recommended. Cheers, DJ

Hi bfgames, yes I sand the boat and I apply spray putty to smooth the surface, before painting. ✌️ DJ

I bought them at a Dutch shop. If you search for waterslide decal paper, you can find it 👍
