People are misinterpreting the suit getting a green light. All the judge has done is stated that if she pays the filing fees then she can file the suit. Once it’s filed the judge can dismiss it for being frivolous. People are falsely thinking that the judge has reviewed the merits to let it move forward which isn’t the case. Frivolous suits are allowed to be filed and then they’re bumped from court and usually include punishments for wasting the courts time. But the court can’t just tell her she isn’t allowed to file the suit at all. She’s allowed to move through the process which is all that’s occurred. If she pays the filing fees the suit won’t move anywhere once it’s actually been filed. It wasn’t allowed to go forward before because she hadn’t signed the complaint which she is required to do. She finally resubmitted it with her signature allowing it to continue. Sadly this is how the game works.

I think it's just people don't understand how the court system works. At this point the court has accepted the case, which they're required to, under law they can't simply deny cases. At this point what takes place is it initially goes in front of a judge, who at that point will set a date for the case to be heard, leading up to that date is discovery (getting documents together etc). It's ass and it's costly, but she can potentially be sued for those costs in return, which could dig her a very deep financial grave.
My favourite thing i heard of this lawsuit is when a podcast went through the filing and the host read Cornettes name and he said, "how can Cornette kidnap anyone, he never leaves his house"
Maybe she was trying to do her own version of the ultimate battle of ultimate destiny and sent it to the courts instead of a singer. That is about the only thing that makes sense with this list.
This lawsuit is clownery but You can still sue dead people ..but you're suing their estate and unless it's some Uber rich cunt after 15 years there problt isn't any estate left
If you're a wrestler making legal allegations using the wrestler's kayfabe name, you're a mark. This just sounds like a publicity stunt, because if she was serious, she'd be using everyone's real, legal names. That's like suing Wayne Gretzky and calling him The Great One in legal documents. It's a completely different world.
And why am I not on the list? I specifically remember being there with Captain Planet, Hong Kong Phooey, Frank Gotch, Ambassador Kosh, Speed Buggy, Billy the Kid, June Byers, and Doc Savage.
Not much of a story really. They were a company that designed, built and operated power plants independent of any operating utility. Meaning they generated power into the various grids but didn’t own any poles, wires, meters, etc. They weren’t particularly good or bad at it, but they took on too much debt to finance a lot of International projects, including a hydro plant in Nepal of all places.
I'm laughing my ass off. And Cornette's reaction to it is priceless. That's right Rhaka get The Rock, Micheal Jordan, Cornette and Hope Depot! And Chris Benoit!!! He's been dead for 16 years but Justice or else!
As a graduate of County Jails , State and Federal Prisons, I've heard a bunch of crazy lawsuits written by "jailhouse lawyers" who had time on their hands and no commissary money of their own. The scope of this is far beyond the 2 cup-o-soup and a book of stamps price tag. This is definitely an upper level, have your people put money on my books deal. And not having the money to file is the icing on the cake. I got to witness an inmate that had a "legal Expert" file a motion to get resentenced from the one and a half to three year sentence he was currently serving with a year in already. When he came back from court, he smashed the block tv and flipped out until he was restrained by the staff for removal. Turns out, the judge agreed and resentenced him to a three to six year prison sentence. It pays to hire the best!
I swear when Jim was saying that he had her kids "chained in the attic" I thought he was gonna channel New Jack and say that they were "chained in the bowels of a slave ship!" Lmfao😂😂😂
This needs to be a movie. Jim sits with his legs up. He is astounded. Jim: "God dammit Mick, just fucking take them! Mick is standing by the window, looking rather conflicted. He hasn't been the same since Six Flags began using a non-Panda energy company to power their park. This bothers him. Not Enough children are here enjoying the amusements. Not Enough winter time visitors to sit on his lap and ask for a nintendo switch for Xmas. Mick turbs the volume on the radio down. The lyrics "Tonight, tonight tonight!" Ring in the background. He turns back to Jim, looking very frustrated. Mick: "Corny, we can't do this alone." Mick pulls out his phone and swipes down to the name Dwayne. He looks up at Jim, then over to Nikki. Nikki slowly nods to Mick before writing something down in a small black notebook. Mick: "Uncle Paul left us a nice bit of money. I'll call Bank of America in the morning and set everything up. You Corny, you need to track down the account Pin." Jim: "where the hell do I find that?" Mick: "Call Mike and Maryse. Mike once stole a lockbox from Benoit years ago, something about ffoedd chicken or something. Code is in there. They don't make locks that good nowadays, so better stop at Home Depot and grab some good bolt cutters or something." Jim: "Jesus Mick, how could it come to this? I'm too old for this shit! You get Dwayne involved, THEN I'll help ya out!" Mick looks angry. He dials his phone out. Mick: " Yeah it's me. We uh, need to do this right." Mick listens for a moment. He gets angrier. Mick:" NO! NO YOU LISTEN YOU SON OF A BITCH! THIS IS YOUR LIFE, DWAYN, YOUR LIFE! AND that was stick YOUR limo that ran over Austin, so you get your Jumanji ass over here and help us!" Nikki looks disturbed. She slowly leaves the room. Mick turns back to corny. Mick: "There. It's done, Corny. Now go do your part." Jim gets up, disgusted. He shrugs it off as he leaves the room. Mick glances over at a vintage photo of Michael Jordan hitting a slam dunk. Would this be his time to shine this brightly?

I don’t think it was that bad. Once they owned 100% of TNA, they spun it off to a newly created LLC. The most they could have lost was what they invested minus what they sold it for. Her father and other insiders created a new, private company called Panda Power Funds. They then wound down operations of Panda Energy, sold off the assets and returned what was left to the shareholders. Panda Power Fund seems to be doing fairly well operating regional power plants.

Not true. It get can shut down by the judge before subpoenas have been issued. A judge has most definitely okayed this for it to get to this stage.
we have a tiny hat problem
@@marcussabom2696 as if they courts aren't already horribly backed up and clogged with bullshit like this already.
Out of all the names on here I'm surprised Vince McMahon isn't listed.
there's still a chance he can bring her back.
Because Vince has been beating the other lawsuits against
My favourite thing i heard of this lawsuit is when a podcast went through the filing and the host read Cornettes name and he said, "how can Cornette kidnap anyone, he never leaves his house"
Chris Benoit & Michael Jordan sent me over the edge 😂😂
The only thing that would have made this better was if Vince McMahon was in there just cause 😂😂
Some how, Vince even escaped this. Proving once again, the man can't be touched. Truly miraculous.
@@osaji922 I'm so mad seeing this it's true 😅😂
The legal method for resolving this case needs to be a battle royal.
All those names that Jim named, a battle royal is probably the best way.
@@kevinpayton2664 gonna be tough to book Benoit.
Maybe she was trying to do her own version of the ultimate battle of ultimate destiny and sent it to the courts instead of a singer. That is about the only thing that makes sense with this list.
@@natebaxter9551 True.
Added stipulation: Loser gets their head shaved and must leave the territory.
How can she sue someone who has been dead for 16 years. Jim and everyone else will need the services of Stephen P. New.
This lawsuit is clownery but You can still sue dead people ..but you're suing their estate and unless it's some Uber rich cunt after 15 years there problt isn't any estate left
This is exposing the business 101 and she needs to blackballed. Benoit should be in the hall of fame.
You can sue a persons estate, although best to do so before the money is dispersed and spent.
There was no way you could sue someone who died 16 years ago. Any lawyer knows that would be stupid
Maybe they need to do it via seance.
To be fair. He’s reading off of a blog on PW Insider. He’s not reading the actual legal document. Im sure the legal document is their actual names.
It would be funnier if she tried suing (by nickname) Larry Robinson, Tomas Tatar, Stu Grimson or Pierre Turgeon...
“None of the defendants have been sued”
That’s a relief for the late Chris Benoit
And why am I not on the list? I specifically remember being there with Captain Planet, Hong Kong Phooey, Frank Gotch, Ambassador Kosh, Speed Buggy, Billy the Kid, June Byers, and Doc Savage.
That courtroom is gonna need a long defendant's table.
gimmicked of course!
You wanna talk about a frivolous lawsuit! The judge has gotta be in on it. This had me dying. 😂
Not really judges across the country are 100 percent corrupt
IT hasn't come in front of a judge yet. Hell, she hasn't even served anyone with papers yet.
The panda energy stuff is the most surprising part of this whole thing
Yeah. I feel like we need a follow up on that part of the story.
I think Benoit being dead since 2007 tops Panda.
He's been dead before she basically started wrestling.
I'm laughing my ass off. And Cornette's reaction to it is priceless. That's right Rhaka get The Rock, Micheal Jordan, Cornette and Hope Depot! And Chris Benoit!!! He's been dead for 16 years but Justice or else!
The double kidnap sounds like a Vince Russo idea for shotgun Saturday night
I haven't laughed that hard in a long time 😂 every name just kept getting more outrageous
I think she tried rhyming.. who can I sue? Uhhh MICHAEL JORDAN! BILLY CORGAN! COR-- CORNETTE!
Home Depot had me laughing
I died laughing at Brian’s deadpan “Rhaka Khan”.
“Rhaka Khan.” - “The Great” Brian Last, 2023
A quote that will go down in history.
Jim's parody of Chaka Khan's "I Feel For You" is hilarious.
Some judge really let this woman's psychotic episode go through. Wtf. 😂😂😂. Only thing he shouldve done was ordered for her to be institutionalized.
I’m assuming he let it go through just for the sheer entertainment of it.
@@zlinedavid that's my guess too. You gotta admit this is both sad and hilarious
It's like the Seinfeld episode where Kramer got mud on the pants he was returning.
The very same pants
Mick: "Corny, we can't do this alone."
Mick pulls out his phone and swipes down to the name Dwayne. He looks up at Jim, then over to Nikki. Nikki slowly nods to Mick before writing something down in a small black notebook.
Mick: "Uncle Paul left us a nice bit of money. I'll call Bank of America in the morning and set everything up. You Corny, you need to track down the account Pin."
Jim: "where the hell do I find that?"
Mick: "Call Mike and Maryse. Mike once stole a lockbox from Benoit years ago, something about ffoedd chicken or something. Code is in there. They don't make locks that good nowadays, so better stop at Home Depot and grab some good bolt cutters or something."
Jim: "Jesus Mick, how could it come to this? I'm too old for this shit! You get Dwayne involved, THEN I'll help ya out!"
Mick looks angry. He dials his phone out.
Mick: " Yeah it's me. We uh, need to do this right."
Mick listens for a moment. He gets angrier.
Mick:" NO! NO YOU LISTEN YOU SON OF A BITCH! THIS IS YOUR LIFE, DWAYN, YOUR LIFE! AND that was stick YOUR limo that ran over Austin, so you get your Jumanji ass over here and help us!"
Nikki looks disturbed. She slowly leaves the room.
Mick turns back to corny.
Mick: "There. It's done, Corny. Now go do your part."
Jim gets up, disgusted. He shrugs it off as he leaves the room.
Mick glances over at a vintage photo of Michael Jordan hitting a slam dunk. Would this be his time to shine this brightly?
Brother this sounds like some Tarantino shit and i love it hahahahhahaha better writing than WWE and AEW combined
I clicked on "Like" but this deserves much more acknowledgment than that. I applaud you.
I'd see this movie multiple times in theaters
Take all my money
The fact that you also used a Genesis song to be the background for this scene makes me wanna see this movie right damn now.
The court documents could basically double as an updated lyric sheet for "The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny."
This is the chick behind Big Poppa Pump in the Steiner's math promo. I guess the chances of her to win the lawsuit are 33 1/3
Forget the lawsuit, Panda going out of business is the big news. Dixie killed her parents company.
I agree. I want to know more about what happened there. Hopefully we get a follow up. I could look it up but I'd prefer to hear Jim talk about it.
I had my fingers crossed for Russo! Just the thought of them occupying the same space once more
There's still a chance! 'Countless others'.
That lawsuit still makes more sense than an average Rampage episode.

Tony Khan loves sticking random people together, but not even his coke-addled brain could have made that list.
Not to mention a hell of a lot more star power than an episode of Rampage. It would outdraw dynamite if it went to trial and they showed it on tv..

I mean why the hell not at this point LOL
Well shit, now she’s going to win the case since the Flyers can’t win anything to save their life. Coming from a flyers fan.
So does Chris Benoit get a day out of hell if he has to show up in court 🤔
I guess he'll take the stand and answer questions from an ouija board.
Only if Hasbro lets them use the name.

I'm also suing Disney!!!!!!
5:10 Wow! Dixie lost that much money that she inadvertently cause her parents company to go out of business
Wasn’t that. Panda Energy took on too much debt financing some ambitious international projects like a hydroelectric power plant in Nepal.
Imagine if Jim has to travel to New York for this trial.
Honestly after he got through only a handful of the names I couldn’t help but forget the frivolousness of this whole thing and just legitimately ask “Is she ok?”. I mean there are children involved and her mental state seems very off so as entertaining as this is I hope it ends with her getting some type of help.
Agreed. Too many tragedies in wrestling involving drug abuse/mental illness/head trauma to keep laughing for long.
Home Depot?
I guess when she heard them say “Low prices are just the beginning” she took that as a threat. Hahaha!
"And I took that personally"
