Yes, I do see some people launching small boats and kayaks from Special events beach. There are a few spots. I do see more launching small boats at Hemenway tho. Let me know if you see me out there. Thanks for watching.
Yes, I’ve been thinking about not using the bells as well. Maybe I’ll try next time to see if it helps me out. Appreciate your pointer and thanks for watching my videos 🙏.
My carp set up is a Carolina rig with a feeding cage with 2 hooks using T knot. For pack bait, it’s a mixture of cornflakes, panko (breadcrumbs) and corn. I put 3-4 kernels of corn on each hook and it’s been working great. Thanks for watching and I hope this helps.
Hi Peter! Nice video. What time of day did you get there and where did you get those waders? Pete, to get to #5 rest room, just pull up near the fishing platform, make a left and continue to #5? Why did you choose that spot and how far is it after you make that left turn? Went to Amazon, to look at waders, but they have a lot to choose from (confusing). Any advice? Thanks, Peter. ps Happy Birthday! Mine is October 14. George Bonafino
Hi George, My BD is also on the 14th! Happy belated BD to you too. Anyway, I got to the spot around 6:30 ish. The waders were from Amazon a few years ago. It was about $40 at the time. (Dark Lightning Fly Fishing Waders for Men and Women with Boots, Mens/Womens High Chest Wader with Boot Hanger) I chose it as the reviews were good. I know I t’s not the best but it works. I also didn’t want to spend too much on it. I’m happy with my purchase tho. I chose that #5 restroom spot as I’ve fished there in the past plus you can drive right up to the water (unlike Boulder Beach). I usually take the Lakeshore Road and follow the Special Events Beach sign. Spots are limited around there due to overgrown vegetation. Hope this helps. Looking forward to seeing you at Lake Mead one day. Take care.
Thank you. I try to take them off when I can but sometimes I just want to land the fish I keep it on. I’ll try my best to take it off in the future. Thanks for the suggestion and for watching my videos. 🙏
Lots of action, good job for shore fishing. Always enjoy your videos.
Thank you Bryan. Appreciate that. Tight lines!
Those were some nice catches, happy birthday man!
Thank you very much!
Hey Peter nice job on the fishing! And happy belated birthday 🎉🎉.
Thank you Dwayne! Hope to go out fishing with you again. Be safe.
@@Busydad I will text you in an hour.
Great video! I've been catching them pretty good at Echo Bay lately. The road is a little hairy but otherwise a great spot. Cheers!
I still haven’t gone to Echo Bay yet. I must make that drive one of these days. Appreciate you watching my videos. Tight lines!
Have you seen people launch small boats with trailers at events beach. Thank you for your video's see you out there sometime

fishing dad you need to just get rid of your bell notification. Your only two feet away. But nice to see you hood them up.

Nice video. What's your pack bait recipe? And set up?

I use bells and remove them when a fish bites. Not very fond of people who leave them on all the way in. Irritating
