    Hi Roger,I just want to say I just love your videos,awesome content. Here in Durban,South Africa we would call that method fishing drift bait,mostly for Shad,you call them Tailer. To assist with staying in contact with your bait and get a little deeper in the water cloum we put a 1/4 oz ball sinker above the hook trace. Some guys put much heaver ball sinkers on but i stay away from that,rather sticking to a more finesse style. Try a small weight next time,it really works well. Keep the awesome videos coming.

    I love this idea I like ganged hooks never thought of using in the rocks I reckon snagging would be less than standard rig die to the slimline style and lower hook exposure
    Also it isn’t bellambi beach at all haha
    Can you do a video on line catching larger sea mullet I have a lot of difficulty and I like eating them

    Hi Roger. Is there more than one gang hook rig you can use for beach or rock fishing? If so could you please show us some. I'm a novice fisherman still trying to learn different ways to set my line up. Love your stinger rig which has caught me quite a number of good sized fish.

    How does this method compare to using a float to keep your rig above the rocks?
    I've seen some title thumbnails of videos using that method (but I never watched them though 😅), the concept seemed good but I don't know if it's practical.

    Thanks for another great video Roger. How do you know what reel to put with what rod?

    • @RogerOsborneFishing
      @RogerOsborneFishing  10 месяцев назад

      It comes down to what breaking strain line that you want to use and the kilogram rating of the rod. The reel needs to be of the appropriate size to hold the line that you want.
