Hi Crystal 👋 so a couple questions. When you’re using this press, do you not need butcher or copy paper around it to protect it from bleeding through? Also, I’ve been having so much trouble with full color wraps. I’m using the cricut mug press or convection oven. In your opinion, do you prefer this press?
Hello! On other channels the crafter wraps whatever they are pressing with butcher paper. Is it not necessary with this model? Also can I user other design programs? Thanks!!
Question with printing with Sawgrass, when I chose Print Mate on the Jobs tab, do you change the dimensions there? I cannot get an exact size at that point. Is there something I am doing wrong? For example, my tumblers I like to go 8.2 H x 9.5 W.... I always have to use larger dimensions and then trim...
I just purchase a sawgrass 1000 easysubli can I still use easysubli ink for tumblers or is it just for Siser easysubli sheets?
Do we only need the Sublimation Shrink if we're doing it in the oven?

Hi, Great video, but I i have been having a issue with the colors on my sawgrass, the ink is new and when I pressed my mugs in color black the result is like dark green color. Can you give an idea how to fix it?
Wish I could help, I’m having the same issue. From my research, the timing needs to be increased to 5-10 more seconds with a little more pressure. Also, Im using sawgrass 1,000, A-sub 105g

@@dunia8956 Also, if you create your on design or purchase one, the design image must have a resolution of 300. I know it’s a lot of must haves, but I literally just watched a video about image resolution. I somehow forgot that and I’m thinking that’s been my problem because, I’m custom making my own designs. I’m sure the designs that we purchased should already be correct.

@@kirstiegreen6557 sure. Did you check your temperature? I bought a IR temperature gun and follow the instructions video that they send me ( my mug press is HPN Siganture Series from heat press nation) they said if the blank turns out brown the temperature is high so I'm playing now.
