I need more video can give us a summary of a lot of documents about pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic. Because I see there is a lot of information in a book that u can't remember all. You need to understand some important and necessary thing. When I read and scram it for the exam, I feel confused as they write in a machine way, The more I read, the more I dont understand. And I just learn like a parrot to have enough score to pass the exam. I hate that it's not only waste my time but also descend the quality of studying. Your video bring me many things. I know it's 5 minute only but I learn more than 5 hours in school. Thank you

Question: How do we calculate the elimination half-life hour and elimination rate constant of that zero order kinetic since it's technically both linear and exponential??
this bottle neck effect you would absorb in metabolism but its part of the same idea he was talking about. you wouldn't see this in absorption unless there is an insufficient surface area in the gut/lungs etc where the drug is being absorbed through
