I was having disk prolapse and was completely on bed for 2 months now after having physiotherapy i am able to work normally. Please suggest some back strengthening exercises also.
hi, maam thank you such good exercises. maam a patient of osteoarthtis. my front thigh muscles are very painful for 18 years. and lower body is not good in blood flow. i am facing E.D problem, too. my shaven hair on my thighs do not grow evenly. My age is 70 now. i am sure these exercises will do better for me.

I have serious thigh pain in the middle & outer part of the back of my right thigh, especially in standing position or when I get up from the seat while using washroom. It remains severe for a few minutes, and then it subsides when I sit for a while. Is this because of MP ? What's the remedy for it ? What exercises I can do at home to reduce the pain ( I am not in a condition to do rigorous exercises) . I don't do heavy work, nor do I wear tight clothes.
I tried this for outer thigh burning sensation and it’s working. Quite relief after doing 2 time . Please share stretching for foot/toe burning, numbness , PIN effect 🙏
