    Mam aapka jitna shukriya ada kiya jaye kam he aapne meri 2 mahine ki pareshani 2 din me hi kam kr di. Shukriya dil se.
    Muje ye dard do mahine se tha aapne mera dard bina pesa kharch kiye hi thik kr diya .

    Thanks mam. I work as a Magic for me. I complete just 1 full set of all 4 excercise and strechings and the pain is gone. Thanks alot. I was having disk prolapse and was completely on bed for 2 months now after having physiotherapy i am able to work normally. Please suggest some back strengthening exercises also.

    hi, maam thank you such good exercises. maam a patient of osteoarthtis. my front thigh muscles are very painful for 18 years. and lower body is not good in blood flow. i am facing E.D problem, too. my shaven hair on my thighs do not grow evenly. My age is 70 now. i am sure these exercises will do better for me.

    I have serious thigh pain in the middle & outer part of the back of my right thigh, especially in standing position or when I get up from the seat while using washroom. It remains severe for a few minutes, and then it subsides when I sit for a while.
    Is this because of MP ?
    What's the remedy for it ?
    What exercises I can do at home to reduce the pain ( I am not in a condition to do rigorous exercises) .
    I don't do heavy work, nor do I wear tight clothes.

    Hi .
    I'm having this pain .burning in both legs but more in right leg .so pls help 🙏. I'm in kitchen job standing . But sitting also hppns . I'm 123 kg. Overweight. Burning sensation hppn .n sensation is less .pls suggest

    This pain extend towards knee and Shin area also. Hamstring exercise is done where knee replacement surgery has done.
